I'm a licensed gun dealer in FL. After removing the receiver/barrel from the stock, you would need a vise to hold the receiver and a barrel wrench to remove the barrel from the receiver...probably a mallet as well to give the barrel wrench a whack or two to get it loose. Time needed: for someone who knows what they're doing with the right tools at hand, about 8-10 minutes.

WOW. That's great to know.

I had seen a video up on YT about the Mauser.... but I was praying someone with more expertise could fill in the blank.....so yes, he couldn't break it down.

That rules out him acting alone.... if he did "the real shooting" at all.

That weapon is an albatross - that can't be explained away. Can't get off the roof unnoticed with that weapon.

Thanks!

It begs the Questions. All the usual ones (when, where, who, how - buy and acquire the weapon - is that being crafted now????) ....But the first video (of analysis) the guy notices the bag bends (27-29 seconds). So if you had a gun, it wasn't in that bag. ....

Can someone replicate that removal process, under duress, in like 15 seconds? If it was fully modified - I don't [know] fuck all about weapons - so leave it to others to argue about that.

How short could you make a barrel and not impact the shot? I don't know.

In my estimation, it is not about 1 guy being wise enough, maybe he figures enough reasonable doubt will exist, and/or he wants to be a martyr for the cause. His "intimate" relationship is with a transitioning male to female.

He may have been ginned up directly to do this, real help, not just radicalizing - given all the tools/instructions the whole nine yards (the FBI does this a lot)....but that is still is a conspiracy...so FOX meet Henhouse.

But I think we are getting the "guided end result tour", to put the country on a collision course for a Civil War.

The left will love this guy more....just like Luigi Mangione.

And the right will be in Kirk's rightful corner as the truly slain leader of a movement.

And we have the firings already (profs), and the desire for more.... and those people (along with the DC Elite) want a kinetic war...soon. After the midterms? Before?

We need to short circuit that....I don't think he pocketed that gun. Some part of that Mauser is going to be about 2 feet long. Just my opinion on this....part.

An addition to my reply... I wonder if the gun was in in one piece when found in the woods? There seems no reason to take the time to reassemble it.

I posted some info of a Mauser style rifle breakdown earlier and deleted the post. I wanted to see if I could find an actual picture of the 'woods rifle'. My AI said no rifle photo has been posted to date. So I'll continue in generic terms. I'm not an expert - certainly not a gun smith. But I have a couple of Ruger rifles with the Mauser style action. They are very easy to break down. Mine have 22 inch barrels. The barreled action would be less than 30 inches. This could easily be shoved down a pants leg - could even use the trigger as a belt hook to support the rifle. Removing the barreled actions from my rifles requires three screws. Very fast if practiced.

I don't know the answer to your question about cutting back a BBL. I don't think it's as easy as using a hack saw and ending up with an accurate piece. Again, I don't know.

If Mr. Robinson is the shooter and left the rifle in the woods - there should be DNA or prints on it or the remaining cartridges someplace. If so, a match to anything from the roof would be pretty dire, I think, for Robinson.

The rifle in the woods seems just too easy. Who was the rifle registered to? If Robinson, the cops would have been on him immediately. If his father, they would have been tracking... If the serial number were removed... There are questions that haven't been answered yet. There is another, far out, scenario about a much more intricate crime. I don't know if I'll post it or not. I don't want to derail this thread.

Even if we allow for variation.... He didn't shove this down his pants leg.

22 in barrels are longer that your thigh bone and he was running to the location.

So no, not buying.

They need to explain this before his lawyers use this inexplicable factual discrepancy in his defense.

I owned guns and used them for hunting over two decades. I owned many Mauser type bolt action rifles.

These are not military weapons that can be easily disassembled without tools. And once the barrel is detached from the stock it is still in two main pieces that each alone are as long as a carbine.

And as for dropping to the ground from a 3-4 metre (yard) roof with this rifle in someone's pants, no way. The impact to the ground with a less than perfect landing could cause the rifle to pierce the body, break bones. Keep in mind this rifle is 42" long. And quite thick too at the rear stock. Add the scope on it's mounts and it is quite a large and weildy package.

The video of him escaping after the drop to ground level shows the alleged shooter seeming to carry a long object, possibly wrapped in a towel or similar, however when manoeuvring to drop off the roof he seems to not have such an object? Edited?

Too many holes....that the implication. Can't escape with that Mauser.

Monday provides just enough time to create even more bullshit to cover up the first layer of manure they've pawn off on us. (Or they'll go radio silent and create another rabbit for us to chase....I shit you not.)

Yeah...I'm an American I am not a democrat&republican so I am indifferent to what happens to republican&democrat politicians, their useful activist, and the dumbest people in America...the democrat&republican voter.

$37 TRILLION DOLLARS in debt proves me right about how dumb republican&democrat voters are.

Prediction ~ The dumbest people in America will continue to vote for democrat&republican politicians when this nation is $100 TRILLION DOLLARS in debt...that is how stupid republican&democrat voters are.

So, please, by all means, continue the argument of which party is better...the argument of dumb asses.

Thank you, Jason. Good research (of the available films and information). Good logical approach. Good questions.
