As much as I wish to read this as I read many of your pieces, this one is simply too unreadable for me. Too many all caps in it to follow. Too distracting for me to push through. I gave up a few paragraphs in. It's a shame. I know there's more in it that would resonate with me. But I'm not up to forcing my eyes to push through that much distracting clutter. I wish you had laid off the upper cases so I could read it. Maybe with edits I'd be tempted to return to it. Hope you don't take it personal or be defensive about it, just sharing my truth of it.

I hope you at least listened to the video... it illuminated better what I wrote.

I was listening to that video and it sparked a concept.

Now, I didn't delve into it - the Admiralty Law because it would be nice to know a lawyer in that expertise. Have they had any international associations on that?

Recently, we've seen ships and bridges become quite important. The US's naval capacity has been accessed, and it rates poorly. China will have newer vessels in that arena.

Meanwhile, it was not meant to be a thoroughly undertaking - it was 1,100 words.

The end is important to read even if the rest is not.
