Marco? … Polo? : Who is (Rick) Xiaopeng Niu?

I want to thank Marco Polo for providing all the RECEIPTS to link this together. One could not have done this without them.

When I last left the Laptop from Hell, the only nagging question was who exactly was Glenfarne Sponsor LLC? An LLC entity that held 22% for some big mystery guy(s)? I have some answers to share. But its like a game of Marco Polo. One has to navigate through a teeming cesspool of bad actors[1] to figure out who exactly holds U.S. National Security in their greedy hands.

“Rick” Xiaopeng Niu was the silent partner on Project White Light, the massive Belt-n-Road initiative to take over ALL the world’s infrastructure and energy assets to the benefit of the ELITE (and to China’s final world supremacy). The remaining feudal inhabitants of the world will fight, feud, and flail while going into their hellhole under the UN-WEF-China model of totalitarian control. If this seems exaggerated, wait – that’s Agenda 2030 and 2049 (China’s drop-dead date for everyone to be under their rule).

Realize the Chinese (CCP) are the most patient folks on the planet. It’s a personality trait from being among the two oldest civilizations that remain largely intact. These folks think in terms of 25-year, 50-year, or even centuries regarding the grasp of wealth, power and control. While others cannot think much beyond their day-to-day or even quarter-to-quarter mindsets. This is the fatal flaw of other folks on this planet – they neither have vision or patience to achieve things for themselves, or more importantly, their progeny’s future.

Hunter is highly stereotypical of a sick and depraved neoliberal Westerner. Hunter’s short-term outlook, his legendary addictions and child-targeted, sickening lusts without regard to anyone else were known to everyone with eyes enough to see. Hunter is highly representative of Washington D.C.’s most corrupt forces – that of his father – the most traitorous President ever. It is why CEFC’s entire plan targeted the Bidens: their willingness to sell off key U.S. assets, create national security holes as large as whole countries, and do these actions for the U.S.’s nearly worthless currency as payment, was too good an opportunity to pass up.

“Rick” Xiaopeng Niu became apart of this golden opportunity due to CEFC’s LNG/infrastructure desires, centered out of New York City, and his positioning near Wall Street firms to accomplish tasks most Americans never hear any news about until its way too late. Niu works at 399 Park Avenue, Floor 2 in New York City. Niu’s CV includes stints at AIG (1999-2007) working for Maurice “Ace” Greenberg, the former AIG CEO. Both are still top leaders at Starr Insurance Companies (Starr Strategic Holdings, LLC) for many years.[2]^,[3],[4]

X. Rick Niu is a member of the Committee of 100, a pro-China organization set up to infiltrate, subvert, and dominate Western institutions.[5] He is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations, a Globalist power organization that seeks to control narratives, foreign policy and trade actions through its members’ voices across all industries promoting a tightly-coordinated and personally-profitable narrative.[6]^,[7]

Rick Niu first wrote Hunter Biden on March 14, 2017[8]:

Hunter,

It was great speaking to you late last week.  Tammy and I also had a call with James [Gilliar] and Rob [Walker] this morning in follow-up. In summary, we envision the following activities over the next two weeks.

1. By 3/15 we provide the latest revised framework agreement based on our last meeting in NYC for your review and comments.  Follow-up discussion will be scheduled separately.

2. You provide us with:

- A personal biography and disclosure of your commercial activities and non-profit affiliations; current thinking as to what to keep, what to stop and how to transition upon assuming full-time executive capacity at JV. [Joint Venture]

…

- A proposed list of actionable projects for the JV upon inception; very specific guidelines were given to James and Rob earlier today.

Hunter ditched Rob Walker, James Gilliar, and Tony Bobulinski as his inherent greed kicked in. Hunter made threats to his new Chinese partners, a laugh-worthy and utterly despisable tactic, but that landed him by August 2017 a 50/50 deal and 8-figure money flowing into Cathay Bank accounts in New York City.

In November of 2017, U.S. LNG names came to the fore: Monkey Island, Magnolia and Texas LNG. Hunter’s new assistant, JiaQi Bao, compiled all the research on the entirety of U.S. energy assets as well and translated them into Chinese. She was particularly interested and pitching Magnolia and even Texas LNG. (Hunter knew and emailed directly for years the owner of Texas LNG at that time: Third Point’s Dan Loeb, a billionaire, and his underlings.)

The plot thickens with the entry of an innocuous name: EnfraGen Capital, LLC. EnfraGen was incorporated in Delaware on November 17, 2017.[9] EnfraGen Capital created a “branch” in Texas on July 12, 2019.[10] This is owned by the Glenfarne Group. Glenfarne is ran by Brendan Duval, an Aussie whose resume started with the Macquarie Group (1990s-2011).

EnfraGen’s agent: Corporation Service Company located at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE.[11] This is located just 2.7 miles from Beau & Hallie Biden’s home.[12],[13] This is where Hunter met partners Mervyn Yan and Kevin Gongwen Dong in late February 2018.

Enter JiaQi Bao’s ideas and Natixis. JiaQi’s assistance was at the railhead of CEFC’s plans, offering Hunter advice. Particular, the who and which firms to work with regarding deals.

She wrote to Hunter on January 8, 2018:

“For instance, my family friend David Eldon, chairman of HSBC Middle East and board of director of Noble Group might be a person I think would worth your time to talk to…Same thing with a couple of my other contacts in the energy sector, such as Joy Bhaswar of Natixis + my other Natixis contacts and friends.”[16]^,[17] [My emphasis.]

Natixis is a French investment bank that operates under, “Groupe BPCE, the 2nd-largest banking group in France.”[18] “Joy” is the nickname for Bhaswar Chatterjee, the “Managing Director, Co-Head Americas Credit Syndicate at Natixis CIB Americas.”[19]^,[20]

July 12, 2018. Just six months after this suggested advice, Brendan’s Glenfarne Group utilized Natixis, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation[21], and Apollo Global Management to secure $700M in debt financing for its subsidiary EnfraGen[22] to develop Prime Energía SpA (“Prime Energía”)[23] and Fontus Hydro, LLC (“Fontus Hydro”).

April 12, 2019. Glenfarne’s Brendan Duval[14] secures total rights to Texas LNG through a “change of control” from Third Point, LLC Holdings to Alder Midstream, LLC. Glenfarne operates Alder that controls Brownsville LNG Holdings LLC that in turn controls Texas LNG.[15]

By April 2018, Hunter’s dealings with CEFC were moot. Financial and business animosities and recriminations arose out of a chaotic start of Hunter’s Chinese LLC dealings.[24] The arrest of Patrick Ho (November 17, 2017), the disappearance of CEFC’s CEO Ye Jianming from the Earth, and Hunter’s behavioral issues made this a dead deal in 2018. But one would contend that was not a big obstacle for the remaining players that forged ahead at the behest of international forces.

In early March of 2019, both Xiaopeng “Rick” Niu and JiaQi “Jackie” Bao emailed Hunter out of the blue regarding his father’s running for President.[25],[26] And the Belt-N-Road garnered new Chinese tires for the “All Malarky” bus tour that became the “Build Back Biden” presidency.

Glenfarne’s Brendan Duval acquired Magnolia LNG on a distressed sale of $2M in late May of 2020 from First Wall Street Capital (FWSC). In just so happens that FWSC shares the same address and floor location as Starr Companies (399 Park, Fl. 2).

First’s advisors include former CIA director R. James Woolsey and Federal judge Eugene Sullivan , now of Freeh, Sporkin & Sullivan. Both Louis Freeh and Sullivan held private meetings with Hunter Biden in 2016, with former FBI Director Freeh kicking $100,000 into a private trust tied to the Bidens.[27] [28] (IMPORTANT!: Dr. Gal Luft mentions BY NAME R. James Woolsey (7:05). Louis Freeh had an issue with his eye…)

X. Rick Niu wasn’t done with his interactions made in the background. But first, we need to back up to March to May 2017.[29] On March 29, 2017, CEFC China completed a 19.9% stake for Cowen Group with Starr Strategic Partners, LLC (SSP) serving as the financial advisor.[30] SSP was headed by Niu (president) and other parties as of late 2019.[31],[32],[33] Rick’s role in Project White Light & CEFC’s buying into Cowen Group within weeks of CEFC’s meeting in Miami with Hunter’s cronies tells of “urgency” to get access to capital markets for “cross-border finance services.”

X. Rick Niu was made a broker at Marco Polo Securities Inc. in September 2021 and continued as such until December 2022.[34]

Who is Marco Polo Securities? Well, one didn’t know until a few days ago (July 7th, 2023).

Marco Polo Securities Inc. was formed in 1999. Located at 1230 Avenue of the Americas, 16th floor, in New York City. They are SEC and FINRA qualified in 17 states, including New York, Florida and Texas.[35] Their principals are:

• Marco Polo X LLC, Owner

• Bunt, David John (Crd#:2201693) CCO

• Carlson, Steven Jack (Crd#:2026011) Chairman & President

• Mack, Alexander Herbert (Crd#:4805607) Financial Operations

Like EnfraGen, Marco Polo X LLC created a “branch” in New York on January 22, 2021, just two days after Biden took the oath of office.[36] The registration is as a “FOREIGN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.” Tracking down other public activities is hard but New York State has the branch listing.[37]

The owner’s location: Marco Polo X LLC, 667 Meeker Ave., Apt 3f, Brooklyn, NY, 11222. This is hardly a location one expects for a “branch.” ( 2-bedroom crackerjack apartment.) This space came off the market last in July 2021.

Brendan Duval took the entity “Glenfarne Merger Corp” public (IPO) on February 17, 2021, promoting his recent acquisitions of Magnolia and Texas LNG projects.[38] This is just 4 weeks into the Biden Administration. Brendan raised $250,000,000 in capital and place a 2-year deadline on achieving business formation. Glenfarne Sponsor formed up on August 5, 2020, acquiring its stake that was 22.5% for the lifetime of the entity.[39]

Marco Polo Securities was acquired by Marco Polo Exchange in 2020.[40],[41],[42] The same managers – Steve Carlson and Dave Bunt - are on both boards and both entities are housed at the same address cited.

X. Rick Niu visited the White House on December 6, 2022, meeting with Sarah Donilon. The 2019 college graduate is on the National Security Council as nepotism hire by her parents, particularly Mike Donilon, a senior advisor to Joe Biden.[45] There was only them at this meeting.[46]

Notable as well Hunter Biden appeared in New York City on December 8, 2022 for an art gallery showing.

Glenfarne Group announced on December 9, 2022, through a media release, a vote for dissolution of the publicly traded company would be held on December 12, 2022.[44]

Niu also met at White House Erika L. Moritsugu, a Deputy Assistant for Asian Americans in May 2022 [47],[48] and has appeared at larger events as well.

Niu’s brokering for Marco Polo Securities and stoppage right as Duval’s company closed up shop is not coincidental in one’s opinion. These securities being liquidated moved thereafter through Continental Trust in New York according to Glenfarne’s SEC filings which is located nearby Biden’s art displays, Glenfarne and Rick Niu’s workplaces. There was a substantial gain from the IPO (around 21 million) that could be dispersed to the shareholders. Roughly $4.7 million on 22.5% of Glenfarne Sponsor’s shares.

Marco Polo Securities is a low-rent brokerage firm as their financial statements show from 2020-2022. Though 2022 was an improvement.[49],[50],[51],[52] The receipt of nearly $610,000 in commissions in 2022 over 2021 - is pretty substantial.

Which begs the question:

•        Why would Niu attach to such a 6-figure firm when he STILL works as a broker for Starr Insurance – headed by the once vaunted AIG CEO Hank Greenberg?[53]

•   Why is Marco Polo X located in the middle of nowhere Brooklyn?

But the Marco Polo journey for these properties has not stopped.

On February 22, 2023, Stacy Ettinger (of K&L Gates) met with 5 people at the White House. Ettinger is Glenfarne’s chief lobbyist, from the Magnolia LNG days of fall of 2017 to 1^st quarter of 2023.[54],[55],[56] Ettinger was Sen. Chuck Schumer’s aid in Congress (and lobbies to him at present) on exporting LNG. She is likely familiar with Hunter as well through US Global Leadership Coalition - where he was a director into the late 2010s.

As reported, Glenfarne went forward with Texas LNG in April 2023, getting FID approval. Brendan Duval has been busy wooing Senators and Ambassadors (Manchin, Cassidy, Germany)[58, 60] for exporting LNG to Europe at present. Secretary of State Tony Blinken met with Brendan Wolters in South America, an employee of Glenfarne in 2022.[59]

Marco Polo Securities Limited opened a location the United Kingdom on June 21, 2023.[57] With the same folks as above.
