Glenfarne: Approved on Texas LNG for Export by Biden Admin
Environmental groups don't understand why. Does Hunter Biden have a stake in Texas LNG?
The quest to export LNG for the Biden administration, who are highly connected to Glenfarne via cutouts, continues. This LNG export story infuriated leftists and tribal groups at Common Dreams, quote:
This president has the gall to say he cares about environmental justice and the climate emergency…
Someone needs to show President Biden the latest IPCC report, where it clearly says that we need to move away from dirty energy sources like LNG if we want to keep our planet livable.
What did you expect from 10% for the Big Guy?
These 3 LNG FERC/FID approval moves come immediately after Glenfarne did not achieve business formation according to SEC documentation by March 23, 2023, and thereafter, initiated:
(i) cease all operations except for the purpose of winding up, (ii) as promptly as reasonably possible but not more than ten business days thereafter, subject to lawfully available funds therefor[e], redeem the public shares, at a per-share price, payable in cash, equal to the aggregate amount then on deposit in the trust account…(My emphasis.)
The reason one highlights this is that 22.5% of those initial shares rested in the hands of Glenfarne Sponsor, LLC. (Entire SEC Filing) Based on analysis of information acquired off Hunter’s Laptop from 2010-2019 and Glenfarne’s dealings from 2018-2022, key connections seen lend high confidence that Hunter Biden (or his CEFC buddies, now just CCP) held that 22.5% for some big guy. The value of those holdings, based off a $274,000,000 operation at close of 3Q of 2022 would be $61,650,000.
Glenfarne’s December 9, 2022 stockholders decided to initiate closing up their publicly traded stock (just as Hunter was spotted in New York two days prior). And later, TEN business days after the March 23, 2023 close out, again, Hunter appears in New York while Georges Berges Art Gallery shows his paintings. (Hunter was not spotted at the showing). Glenfarne is still actively holding both Texas LNG & Magnolia LNG projects out for export deals.
Notable as well is additional Japanese interest in these dealings. From Offshore Energy Biz:
Japanese trading company Mitsui & Co., through its US-based subsidiary, has acquired an unconventional gas asset in Texas in line with its belief that natural gas and LNG will play an important role as a “pragmatic solution” for the energy transition.
Mitsui was an debt financing underwriter to Glenfarne’s Subsidiary Enfragen in July 2018 along with Natixis. Natixis was Hunter Biden’s Chinese Assistant (JiaQi Bao) go to company in January 2018.
we should dig further with LNG deals + Noble and Natixis (as I mentioned to you that I briefly mentioned to Kevin and Mervyn about my Noble and Natixis connection before, I think we have greater chance to make progress, or at least worth your time to talk to these folks)
Glenfarne’s PR release on April 13, 2023 notes that:
Glenfarne’s existing assets include 14 grid stability power plants, 29 renewable assets and two LNG export projects – Texas LNG and Magnolia LNG – approved for 12.8 million tonnes per annum (“MTPA”) of export capacity, 4,500 miles of gas pipelines, and 13 gas processing plants.
And so, right after the dissolution of share ownership, and while Glenfarne is now working South American “clean energy” hustles with the Partners Group, one has to wonder:
Where are all these LNG deals going? Is the United States this hard up to export energy (while hamstringing its own energy security)? Of course, to Europe after we (not so allegedly) blew up the Nord Stream pipelines.
Are we also going to ship LNG to Japan or China? One has to consider it quite telling how the Bidens (were/are still) connected - to Magnolia through the CCP’s agents after Hunter got money and diamonds in 2017 - and look at these well-timed decisions under the FERC commission as not a coincidence in the slightest.

Thank you for this. A couple of broad based responses:
1. Globohomo *likes* how in-your-face corrupt the "10 for the big guy" Biden family is, because they use that corruption as leverage to force him to do whatever they want him to do. Clean politicians are extremely disfavored in the system we have.
2. It's hilariously transparent that Hunter's art sales were just another way of money laundering/pay-for-play, especially as he had no prior background in art.
3. Hunter's art was actually *pretty, pretty* good, all things considered. I would probably hang it on my wall.
