Hunter Biden: The In-Artful Dealmaker with Serious Connections To Intelligence
Magnolia LNG: Supplement to Part 3
Hunter Biden Intel Gathering (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3)
Link to a 25 minute explanation of the connections
One’s rolodex, or contact list, is the lifeblood of dealmakers and princelings of powerful politicians. A Biden contact is made for life and includes the highest intelligence directors (R. James Woolsey, Louis Freeh) and a D.C. Federal Judge (Eugene Sullivan). The following is how well-connected investment firms operate to put back together a prior deal that went sideways due to a princeling’s incompetence. But the who benefits part (the slice of this transaction for the Bidens) and the urgency to get this fully operational, is still a matter of investigation. (A short hypothesis lay at the end.)
As discussed in Part 3, the Chinese (the CCP) are highly patient and long-term chess players. For their Western lackeys, now just members of the CCP gang, this means as a Westerner’s bank accounts grows so to does their beholdenness to the CCP. But it takes four continents of actors ran through New York City, home of Wall Street, to properly decide the winners (them of course) and losers (well, everyone else) to give the CCP through the Bidens what they want: American land and energy.
First Wall Street: The CIA, The Judge & the FBI Director
Magnolia LNG was owned and operated by LNG Limited, based in Australia, but with offices in Houston, Texas. LNG Limited secured on September 17, 2019 a 20-year deal with Vietnam for one-quarter (2 million metric tons) of the LNG to be produced from this (8-8.8 million metric tons) still-yet-to-be used facility. (11 days after Bill Miller’s new front. Remember: Bill lives Lafayette, LA and rumor likely had this deal in the air.)
On March 27, 2020, LNG reported a serious financial crisis brewed due, in part, to LNG market prices and their inability to stave off administration (bankruptcy) as LNG Limited CEO Greg Vesey stated that:
“First Wall Street Capital Corp. has advised LNG Limited that it will not provide funds according to the terms of the legally binding secured convertible note subscription deed.”
First Wall Street killed their financing. In late February 2020, prior to the pandemic, LNG Limited attempted to sell to LNG9 PTE Ltd., Singapore for $75 million, but that deal fell through very quickly.
So who is First Wall Street Capital? Why did they knee cap this deal just as LNG Limited secured a Vietnam deal and spent several years securing all the permitting and complex details? Well, the company is rather obscure (to me at least), but their talent is not. ( Eugene Sullivan & R. James Woolsey.)
Judge Eugene Sullivan appears in the Biden Laptop along with former FBI Director Louis Freeh. The Daily Mail’s headline:
“Former FBI director Louis Freeh gave $100,000 to a private trust for Joe Biden's grandchildren and spoke with the then vice president in 2016 'to explore lucrative future work options' with Hunter as the middle man.”
Email citing Eugene Sullivan and the former FBI Director in one conversation.
Sullivan’s bio on First Wall Street Capital’s website:
Eugene R. Sullivan is a retired Federal Judge in Washington D.C. with over 16 years of appellate court judicial experience. Nominated by President Reagan and confirmed by the Senate, Judge Sullivan was installed as a Federal Judge in 1986. In 1990, President Bush named him the Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals (AF). In 2002, he was elevated to a Senior Status Federal Judge. When not recalled to active Court service, Judge Sullivan is the Senior Counsel of the D.C. Law firm of Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan LLP…
In addition for almost 5 years, Judge Sullivan was the covert General Counsel of the National Reconnaissance Office (“NRO”-a then super-secret US satellite intelligence agency).
Woolsey, worked as CIA director in the Clinton administration, and is a neoconservative. As it turns out, a House of Lord member, Peter Bruce Lilley, is a Tory member, served in Thatcher’s administration, and attached on April 27, 2020 to the Global Megatrend Deal. These two are 79 (Lilley) and 81 years old, respectively. Bill “Marsden” Miller is no spring chicken either, over 80. Joe Biden is of the same vintage of spoiling wine.
Woolsey too in 2016, was in indirect contact with Joe Biden, regarding the now Russia-Michael Flynn-Trump bogus collusion affairs.
Of reported interest to Mueller is a meeting in September 2016 in which Woolsey said he heard a discussion about sending a U.S.-based Turkish cleric, Fethullah Gülen, back to Turkey.
Woolsey has said he attempted to notify the U.S. government about the conversation by informing then-Vice President Joe Biden about the matter through a mutual friend.
All of these men are DEEP into the climate hustle, but not to save the planet; rather, to pad their bank accounts for themselves and for others they might care about. Energy is a BIG F-ING DEAL!
First Wall Street Capital gives other insights into their plays. Intelligence plays?
Australian (but Beijing-based) Albert Tse
In late spring 2010, by his emails, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer met up with Albert Tse. Tse, Hong Kong by birth (speaks Cantonese, not Mandarin), moved to Australia in 1989. By 2000, as Tse came into adulthood, he met and worked for Australian politician Kevin Rudd. Within a decade, Tse married Rudd’s daughter. Rudd speaks Mandarin – and his entire family is co-opted by the Chinese Communist Party.
Albert said to Hunter and Devon about their trip to Beijing on April 9, 2010, a Friday:
Pleasure meeting you both last night. I hope your last day visiting[sic] Jing is rewarding. I was drag back upstairs for more drinks after waving you off, and already on plane to Boao now. Next time you come around, here, or Aust[ralia], there's going to be partying awaiting.
It would be great to have you as our guest in DC and NYC. In the meantime let's stay connected and see if there are any opportunities that come our way to collaborate on. Travel safe my friend.
All the Best,
Hunter, two months later in June, responded to a Tse New York visit:
Great to hear from you. Ill be in NYC night of 28th- any chance you will still be around?
Sent on the Sprint® Now Network from my BlackBerry®
Albert looked to make arrangements to delay a flight. No telling whether they met or discussed anything of importance.
In 2011, Devon and Hunter, again in the spring, were in Beijing. Albert is stationed in Beijing as a Macquarie Capital investment manager on the IPO for the Agriculture Bank of China:

We met last year when you and Hunter visited Beijing at dinner at that amazing club over looking bird's nest. I heard from Jonathan Li that Hunter is visiting again, are you visiting too? My father-in-law is now back as foreign minister in Australia in a bizarre twist of life. Jessica and I are visiting New York in June, be great to see you if you are around then.
Albert Y.K. TSE (谢若谷)
This tells a lot in just one conversation. Jonathan Li is CEO of Bohai Industrial Investment. Li and Hunter, as mentioned in Part II, became partners in Bohai Harvest RST and other dealings involving Jim Bulger.
Bill “Marsden” Miller, Jr.
As noted in Part III, this is an interesting case, in that it involves a mid-1980s Louisiana oil scandal, a conviction, and a 1992 appeal that was won. Bill Miller was in Hunter’s contact list and noted Pytrole Energy, which as far as one can find, has but one mention on a Google Search with a Delaware result. Hunter Johnston sent along to Hunter Biden this quip:
I was not aware of this name. They have had several interesting businesses over the years, from oil exploration in china to setting up windmills on old oil rigs. What are they up to now? Good guys.
Hunter Johnston, Steptoe & Johnson, LLP
This was from March 18, 2014. Johnston is the son of a U.S. Senator from Louisiana.
John Bennett Johnston Jr. is a retired American attorney, politician, and later lobbyist. A member of the Democratic Party, Johnston represented Louisiana in the U.S. Senate from 1972 to 1997.
Joe Biden obviously knows Johnston well, working alongside him for 25 years. Mardsen Miller’s case involved a top Louisiana official during a time when the older Johnston is likely to have paid keen attention. Given the appeal’s success, upon new case law application, it is likely this Senator paid attention to that as well.
Bill Miller’s Fosun scoop was buried at the end of email. But his future dealings are, in fact, more intriguing. William Marsden Miller formed a United Kingdom based front company called Global Energy Megatrend Ltd on September 6, 2019. Nothing remarkable happened thereafter with Global until April 27, 2020 when five board of directors were added. One of their board members, a UK’s Peter Bruce Lilley, that just so happens to be apart of the HOUSE of LORDS. Initially, Global was reported to have taken ownership of Magnolia, but backed out conveniently.
Hypo: Glenfarne Group, Warburg Pincus, or Black****?
This happened just 3 weeks after US Department of Energy approved Magnolia LNG for exporting. Vietnam was apart of the first deal with LNG Limited. Now, their PM is discussing his deals in New York, with Warburg and Glenfarne Group. First Wall Street Capital Corp is also located there. Hmmm?
Glenfarne, as discussed in Part III, has a leading shareholder that is blindly held by Brendan Duval, a one-time coworker at Macquarie Group of Albert Tse. Duval’s bio:
Mr. Duval had a long career at Macquarie Group, from 1998 to 2011. He helped launch the North and South American business for Macquarie’s infrastructure franchise in 2000. He served as a Senior Managing Director of Macquarie Capital in New York from 2007 to 2011 and was a founding member of Macquarie Capital’s U.S. Management Committee.
The holder of the majority share of this project would give the ultimate piece to this story. But here’s an interesting map, even for the City That Never Sleeps.
Has there ever been a president as hopelessly compromised and corrupt ar JR Biden? The consumate pos.
These are some of the deepest and darkest secrets of our current administration. Nothing shy of a well-funded and well-organized cartel. One might come to the conclusion that living in Mexico is safer today or at least in the next 3 years. The hell that may be unleashed is unfathomable but this cartel is very protected.
