Hunter washed out of the U.S. Navy at 43 in the spring of 2013 after what could be called a literal cup of coffee (or cocaine, hard telling) after testing positive for drugs that the Navy doesn’t like. Hunter commissioned on May 7, 2013 as a Public Affairs Officer in Norfolk, VA and popped positive in June 2013 according to The Wall Street Journal.

Notable, given the current disregard for privacy laws (think: vaccine status), the Navy cited the “Privacy Act” regarding Hunter’s administrative discharge. Topping it off, Hunter was listed as an adjunct assistant professor at Georgetown University and chairman of the World Food Program USA in the above Journal article.
No worries. Hunter’s fortunes brightened immediately thereafter. Joe Biden’s trips abroad, particularly around December 4-5, 2013 to China where Peter Schweizer noted that private equity suddenly gets added big to Hunter’s resume via the Chinese government’s billion-and-a-half deal. By April 2014, the Ukrainian people saw their former President, Viktor Yanukovych, high tail his ass out of the country with newly installed leaders by the U.S. State Department coming on-line with late February 2014 intrigues following on from the late 2013 conflicts triggered over many disputes like an IMF versus a Russian loan deal.
(Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland was the point gal before VP Joe Biden came with an “atta-boy” and got the “deets” to stick. A conversation that sounded like a political draft selection pick for the Nazi Football League, “With the first two selections in the NFL draft, the Ukraine Azovs select...Yatsenyuk and Poroshenko.” Yes, the USA toppled their government – but for their own good. The Russians were too aggressive; and we know what that means. WAR!)
2014
Hunter entered the year, riding high, despite the personal events of just six months prior. His investment partners at Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners closed a 2nd round of funding on Counsyl in late January 2014. Located at 180 Kimball Way in South San Francisco, it was a $30,000,000 deal closed with Goldman Sachs kicking in $23M. The next day, Devon Archer replied to Jonathan Lee (Li), regarding his visit to the US. Archer stated, “Additionally the meeting with Hunter and myself with Chinese Ambassador has been requested and is in motion and agreed to.”
This is far from the first instance of these two doing Chinese dealings or meeting with “ambassadors.” It just reflects the matter of fact case of these arrangements. Jonathan Lee (Li) was the CEO of Bohai Industrial Investment (Bohai Capital) first met around 2010 (in emails).
Example of Family Addition
The Chinese often explore getting their kids in top universities through princeling’s connections. Such was the same with Hunter, regarding Jenny (Li’s daughter) in 2010 and 2014. Quid pro Quo, favors for favors, a good way to escalate a relationship through seemingly innocuous and familial-tied requests. Also, Li wrote a touching letter in January 2010 to Hunter tied to his grandmother’s passing. From then on out, the CCP had their target in both Joe and Hunter.
Li was rather important in late May 2011. Jim Bulger, of mob connections, was sending Hunter inquiries regarding “Super Chairman Che [Feng]” that Schweizer tied to Chinese Intelligence and $31,000,000 sent through to the Bidens. Later in September 2011, as Schweizer noted, Hunter and Devon were giddy with excitement, as both did use the term, “super chairman.”
But back to Ukrainian deals made by Hunter & his investment firms as there is some crossover.
On April 4, 2014, after some emails were sent by Burisma’s new board representative and Ukrainian government stiff, Vadim Pozharskyi, Metabiota’s VP of Science and Technology, Mary Guittieri provided this response:
As promised, i've prepared the attached memo, which provides an overview of Metabiota, our engagement in Ukraine, and how we can potentially leverage our team, networks, and concepts to assert Ukraine's cultural and economic independence from Russia and continued integration into Western society.
Metabiota is ostensibly a health and virus investigation organization. But really it is intel-defense supported and operated as such worldwide. A week later, Devon Archer, who often chimed in with certain geopolitical no-go zones pitched, but nonetheless, these are “capitalists” – without loyalties in the slightest:
My elephant hunt thoughts are that we have a chance to get in on the ground floor of the Gazprom of the U. If it doesn't result in trophy bull at minimum we're being compensated for the safari.
On April 21st, Hunter provided Boies, Schiller & Flexner law firm Burisma’s LLC location and its particulars in Cyprus. Cyprus is notorious for its flexible banking regulations if one does not want too much of that in a deal. Boies’s Heather King was hired to oversee PR and legal work for Burisma as the company navigated troubled waters in the aftermath of the Maidan Revolution.
King was once lead counsel for Theranos (May 2015-Aug 2016) and then served as an adviser on the Hillary Clinton campaign. King advised Clinton while she was Secretary of State. King then made partner at Boies in 2013 right before she was the go-to gal in this Burisma crisis needing “legal” advice.
In 2021, right as the Theranos-Elizabeth Holmes fraud case went to trial, King left her partnership at Boies and deleted her LinkedIn profile. King’s time at Theranos placed her in Palo Alto, California which is nearby Boies’s San Francisco HQ. In many cases, in the above map, the parties could do business in Washington, D.C., yet another stronghold of the Democrat Party. [One suggests they do so to make sure they have all the right power people to talk to about any operation going “sideways.”]
Boies, Schiller is operated by David Boies who represented Virginia Roberts (Giuffre), a key Jeffrey Epstein victim, who is once again in the news. There is to be a release of documents of abusers of Jane Does in the Epstein/Maxwell (or so we are told).
Meanwhile, Metabiota in late 2013 and early 2014 was Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners next-in-the-hopper investment push. John DeLoche reflected this on February 18, 2014 in a long email with two excel attachments.
“The first file is the closing of RSTP II which we completed on December 16 last year. We called 18% of capital and made 2 investments: $250k in Metabiota and $577,166.70 in Counsyl in two investments.”
Notable here: Metabiota received a Department of Defense contract of $18.4-23.9 million on February 10, 2014. This was a follow-on from a recent receipt of $1,490,000 grant received on December 13, 2013 on HIV prevention in Africa. Metabiota routinely appeared on sub awards with Black & Veatch Special Projects Corporation and Ukrainian-located. (DeLoche CIA analogy here.)
This Metabiota-Black & Veatch relationship has crossover to COVID-19 and Ukraine Labs, based on the grants. Nathan Wolfe, the founder and leader of Metabiota later on, would exit the CEO chair after grant funding dried up. But Wolfe managed to cash out. Like everything else with Hunter, there is a yet ANOTHER story to picked up on.

Renee’s rise as Biden 1st ARPA-H director, formed by a September 12, 2022 executive order, regarding bioengineering in the bio-economy[1], is not by mere accident. The whole-of-government approach desired likely came out of Wegrzyn’s 4-year plus stint at DARPA and her obsession with CRISPR CAS9 technologies. However, there is a larger story to be explored here.
3 weeks prior to the issuance of this far-reaching executive order, Renee’s company, Ginkgo Bioworks, acquired an epidemiological database from Baktus, Inc.[2] Baktus is a front company formed in California in August 2021 to house Metabiota.[3] Metabiota was founded by renowned virologist Nathan Wolfe. Wolfe, and his partner, Michael Kertesz, filed a $7.5M equity offering on September 30, 2021.[4] Baktus then sold its Metabiota subunit to Ginkgo Bioworks for $9.1 million according to recent SEC filings.[5]
Ginkgo Bioworks acquired Metabiota’s CEO Nita Madhav in this August 2022 2-person deal. [36] The deal impacts Concentric by Ginkgo where Renee Wegrzyn was their VP of business development on K-12 testing that landed a $15-to-$61M contract with the CDC. [37, 38] That government contract started on August 16, 2022. This is just 3 days before Nita Madhav was traded to Ginkgo’s Concentric division [39] as Renee moved into the Biden administration as its chief biotechnologist on September 12, 2022. Her new agency has a billion-dollar plus budget at its outset.[40]
China Funds & RSTP Investments
John DeLoche emailed Devon Archer on June 5, 2014 about linking “Counsyl” up to their “China” investments. The goal in the email, “Any names besides CIC we could intro them to over there for potential investment or strategic partnership?”
Archer responded that day:
“Yes. Tons. Harvest Global Funds, Bohai Funds, Fosun, SAFE, to start.”
Harvest Global Funds is the outgrowth of the Mr. Super Chairman conversation above. Bohai Harvest Funds was an important topic just a week prior. Jason Zhu mailed a large group of Hunter Biden cronies about creating another subsidiary investment fund in Hong Kong: BHR Investment Management Co., Ltd.
A month later, Devon responds to a long email thread regarding an actual reporter looking into their Chinese (Shanghai/Hong Kong) investments (whether they are personal or through Rosemont Seneca or Thornton Group, or not.)
By September 2014, a deal with Sinopec needing “Chinese authorities” to give the ok, was in the hopper through Harold Li of Bohai Harvest RST, located in Beijing, China.
Metabiota was sealed with a $30 million Series A investment kiss by year’s end. Hunter was on the Burisma Board with Devon Archer, both thick as thieves. And the Bidens were sitting pretty if they could get their road dawg Hillary Clinton at 1600 Pennsylvania.
