Luft's Indictment Doesn't Name Patrick Ho, CIA Director Woolsey or Hunter Biden, but it should

The Biden DOJ now targets Dr. Gal Luft, who may in fact be guilty of FARA violations and arms deals that took place through his connections to CEFC & Patrick Ho. Of course, one then must think it weird how such FARA charges still haven’t found Hunter Biden’s personage. But the buried story here is the DOJ’s poor attempt to hide the real persons (former CIA director Woolsey) that the Biden DOJ wants to keep people from knowing about and Woolsey’s ongoing connections to CEFC, as one has noted, for several months.

Patrick Ho was arrested in mid-November 2017. He was, according to the DOJ’s filings, the head of China Energy Fund Committee (CEFC). At the time of his arrest, Hunter Biden sought legal representation for Patrick Ho as his attorney, after receiving a $1M retainer for this service during the summer of 2017.
Thanks Ed. Per our discussion I would like to engage your firm on behalf of Dr. Patrick Ho of Hong Kong in the matter we discussed. I am authorized by Dr. Ho as his attorney to do so. [My emphasis.]
Hunter Biden’s business dealings and overtures regarding CEFC started at least by March 22, 2016. An email sent for Hunter Biden by Rosemont Seneca associate, Rob Walker, a document titled: “H to Zang,” was a follow-up on conversations commenced in late 2015. That director was Zang Jianjun, who along with Chairman Ye Jianming, Chan Chauto, Li Yong, were on the board of CEFC, the energy and infrastructure arm of the Belt-n-Road Initiative, and a Global Fortune 500 company ranked at #222 by the mid-2010s.
The year 2017 was a busy time for the Bidens and the Trumps. Hunter Biden’s addiction for money-first deals - as CEFC kicked off its dealings with Hunter & Co. just 3 weeks into Trump administration in Miami - while Donald Trump started his fight against Deep State moles actively disrupting, disparaging and delegitimizing his administration. Both of these plans have not ceased yet.
Enter former CIA Director Woolsey.
According to an archived The New York Times from December 1994:
Mr. Woolsey, a Washington lawyer and an experienced arms control negotiator, was widely praised in Washington as a first-rate choice when his nomination was confirmed in February 1993. But he faced one storm after another in his 23 months at the helm of the C.I.A. [My emphasis.]
Woolsey was CIA director during the same time frame as FBI Director Louis Freeh. Freeh is highly familiar with Hunter Biden, directly from the laptop from hell, as seen in a June 21, 2016 email below. Federal Judge Eugene Sullivan was listed in this meeting as well. This is important as Woolsey was on the same advisory board as Sullivan, and both are attached to CEFC’s Chinese cutout by location at 399 Park Avenue, Floor 2, New York, New York. (Also home to the Southern District of NY.)
According to Biden’s DOJ:
On or about September 12, 2016, GAL LUFT, the defendant, sent CC-1 [Patrick Ho] an email with the subject line, "We nailed it!" that included a link to an article announcing that Individual-1 [R. James Woolsey] was advising a then-candidate for President of the United States, who was elected President two months later.
In one’s opinion, Woolsey – played a double agent during Trump’s 2016 campaign – contacting VP Joe Biden around September 19, 2016, regarding Gen. Michael Flynn Turkish-targeted activities. This while attached loosely and unpaid to the Trump campaign.[i]
The Hill reported that: “Woolsey…attempted to notify the U.S. government about the conversation by informing then-Vice President Joe Biden about the matter through a mutual friend,” on September 19, 2016.[iii]
Below shows how quickly that occurred.
“Woolsey was a member of Flynn’s firm, the Flynn Intel Group, according to a Justice Department filing.”[ii] Reuters reported in October 2017 how Woolsey embedded himself in the Trump’s campaign for international dealings in Turkey:
Just eight days after formally joining Trump’s campaign as an adviser on national security issues, Woolsey [then] met on Sept. 20, 2016 with businessmen Ekim Alptekin and Sezgin Baran Korkmaz over lunch at the Peninsula Hotel in New York, they said.
Woolsey and his wife, Nancye Miller [DOJ’s Individual-2], proposed a lobbying and public relations campaign targeting Fethullah Gulen, a Turkish cleric who lives in Pennsylvania.
Jonathan Franks, an “informer” of this news to The Hill, deleted his tweet about this entire episode.[iv]
Woolsey’s “mutual friend” could be former FBI Director Louis Freeh whose eye injury was remarked upon by Luft.
The Daily Mail reported $100,000 flowed to a Biden trust from Freeh in 2016.
The DOJ’s indictment against Luft continued:
Later the same month, on or about September 29, 2016, using a code name for Individual-1, GAL LUFT, the defendant, while in the United States, sent CC-l an email advising that he had successfully recruited Individual-1, for a fee: "All set. We agreed on 60 [thousand] for phase I and he [i.e., Individual-1] won't be taking a position w others. He is eager to launch…”
As we know, R. James Woolsey didn’t take any position with Trump in his administration. Woolsey quit on January 5, 2017, as reported by Jonathan Franks, a spokesman for Woolsey.
Woolsey’s limited hangout (as he was supposed to get a key administration position to make Ho’s and Luft’s dealings work smoother) was a double cross of them as well, it appears.
But this did not deter the real actors in this drama: the CHINESE members of CEFC; or furthering of their agenda through Hunter Biden. (Marco Polo)
Hunter’s deposits at Hudson West are just as damning of his CEFC connections.
Former CIA Director R. James Woolsey & his wife Nancye Woolsey [Individual-2], who was a foreign register agent, but just NOT for the Chinese foreign principals.
First Wall Street Capital (FWSC)
Woolsey presently advises at First Wall Street capital; alongside Federal Judge Eugene Sullivan (until just a few days ago it appeared on their website). First Wall Street is located a 399 Park Avenue, Floor 2. As one has previously reported, here, here and here, FWSC is located on the same floor where CEFC operated (through Starr Insurance Companies) and their key contact: Xiaopeng “Rick” Niu. The Belt N Road ran directly through him.
Eugene Sullivan has deleted his connection to First Wall Street. But the internet is forever.
