In December of 2020, five months after I found proof that Cuomo murdered the nursing home residents with Executive Order 202.5,
.... I realized that the mandating of COVID (read: severe seasonal influenza) patients into nursing homes during the lockdown is categorical proof of DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER.
Unlike any other murders in history, there can be no trial of fact because entertaining any defense would be a logical impossibility. (Insane sounding; yet true.)
Once you realize the logic is irrefutable--i.e., that New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and California committed depraved indifference murder of U.S. citizens by mandating "COVID" patients into nursing homes during their respective "lockdowns,"--then you'll see why it's legitimate checkmate against the globalist's hijacking of humanity in progress.
All the complexities of all the conspiracies against the individual's liberty to choose his way of life vanish in a puff of simple logic. Everyone can understand this logic, and everyone who is not a cockroach living in a human body will abide by it. Like the game Othello, one move changes the entire board.
It's impossible to refute the argument without embracing mass murder by denying reality. In fact, my certainty of the conclusion is infinitely greater than the certainty I have that the East River won't cave in on me while driving through the Queens Midtown Tunnel.
However, since I'm obviously going to have to stand up and challenge anyone, from our government or any member state of the United Nations, to contradict me on this, I'd greatly appreciate it if someone of your intellect gave it a try first.
