These people - the media-intel community - spin up narratives to scare their living-on-the-edge-of-sanity political base, the remaining few that watch MSNBC or CNN for news. But at least if they pardons we might get the truth out of their pet demons in subpoenaed testimony.
Would I like the worst of the worst to go to prison? Sure. But that’s a process that takes time, effort, resources, and a jury selected fairly to pass judgment according to the evidence for the charge or charges brought. That will take years - and resources that will likely be equally wasted too. Yes, we can get them to spend millions to defend themselves - there is a definite desire they learn from that methodology. (But can you teach a narcissist? Or 1000s of DC psychopaths?)
But we also have a country to run. So a special prosecutor or two (as a friend suggested last night - Matt Gaetz and Jeff Clark) could collect testimony and evidence from the FREE to SPEAK FREELY due to these PARDONS (and removal of 5th amendment rights to self-incrimination) for publication at the right date.
That evidence can and SHOULD be recorded and open to the PUBLIC. A website made that shows where your taxes are going to get the answers you want in real time. Actual truth under oath - with no double jeopardy. A legal and journalism project worthy to point out to those that “don’t believe you.”

I would finally suggest to Kash Patel that he do his utmost to have an FBI that wraps up its investigatory edict - and close up shop by time Trump’s 2nd administration is ended.
