I am one of those "patriots" that thought advancing the empire was in our interest in 80s/90s. I was a Pat Buchanan supporter in 1992. Over the last few decades, I thought I was going Left on the ideological spectrum, only to see some of the Left was going farther left than I could go, and some go past me to facism. I thought Obama was going to "right" our foriegn policy to only see him "virtue signal" peace. There are FEW Rs, or Ds that will arrest our fall. Trump was very inperfect, but to see the establishment react like a crazy loon, probably sealed the deal for me. No more war, no more feds, no more anything the fed level.....cut it all, devolve powers downward.
The downward spiral began officially on November 22, 1963, officially shifted into 2nd gear on September 11, 2001, and hit terminal velocity with The Coup, the flu bug, and WW3.

OMG! Jason! Outstanding piece! I was just thinking of writing these same things to my locals, but not nearly as good as you put it together. I have been to war for this country and there is no g-damned way I will fight for any failed-upward fool in DC, nor will my son. I will gladly defend 'Fortress Jason' with all of the other great Americans in flyover.
The one thing that really astounds me is how organized these cretins are. Fox is no longer allowed to mention Trump; nobody in any organization can talk about him - you can literally smell 'their' fear.
Republicans use power to get money, dems use money to get power - the UniParty then wins by stealing OUR money and powering over you.
Is USA collapsing under its own weight of total nonsense ? Yes it is, just look at Kensington Street and many other cities run by DEMs for far too long? They can never resolve what they have created and many will just die for a lack of leadership , guidance and personal courage ? Just the reality of it all. As well in a sane wold whio would be OK with USA/CI/NATO blowung up the pipeline of a supposed ally ? we are living in near total insanity as more elections are simply stolen and nobody pays any price for it ? Ths is not sustainable as it is collapsing daily !
I did not even mention the giant lies about the nonexistant pandemic called CV ? Anybody who took any vax or booster is just a fool and lives in fear and has harmed themselves or killed themselves !

Families goes to church. The most important intitution was assaulted, The Family. All other intitutions in American life were at best neutral, at worst, hostile to the family. Once the family is weakened, all other social ties weaken. In its place, we told everyone that uncle sam would be as good, if not better subsitute. It has not.
Weekly church attendance for entire family was a weekly reminder to everyone in the land of their cosmic responsibility to be a good and lawful human. A society that cared about stability would logically encourage not erase.
One real big assault on family happened in early 90s with four tv shows geared for Gen X people on verge of marriage- The Simpsons, Married with Children, FRIENDS and Seinfeld. First two mocked family life as something only idiots would want to be a part of and the last two said being single is cool. Also note how Simpsons and Married w/ Children was brought to America by none other then Rupert Murdoch Mr. Fox News . Murdoch not an American originally from Australia first went to UK where he was famous for creating a tabloid newspaper that put a topless woman on its page 3! A little porn every morning in every UK house with the cereal. How family friendly or conservative was that? Obviously Murdoch hates the family and America and was tasked to come here by someone from the UK most likely to destroy it.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion = DEATH OF AMERICA. Planes will soon be falling out of the sky and crashing, and patients in hospitals will be dying in record numbers on surgical tables across America.
