My children are in what I call the "Goldilocks Zone" of 120 - 140. Very smart, and very stable.
I was not as stable, but by age 29, I had built a 3500 emp IC design/Mfg company with offices in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
There have been many brilliant people in my life. But almost invariably, as you approached my numbers, they were less stable. By stable, I don't mean unable to work. I worked 60-80 weeks for many years, traveled more than 200K miles for work, also for many years. But not as stable as I would have liked.
Everyone like me, has something in their background you can point to that should have been a clue what was coming..in my case, I was a "C" student who taught himself calculus to solve a problem, regularly up two or three days in a row reading and building models.
I've known quite a few people who love to say they "think outside the box", but can never give you an example.
I'll give you one. Having worked for 18 months in a 900 person factory in QC with only about six months of electronic background (basic electronics), my boss, a man with 20 years experience, tried to get a job with a new IC company. They turned him down. We did military biz at this co, and I asked him if he minded that I try to get that job.
He was very cool about it, "By all means, but don't be surprised when they don't hire you. You have a job here, don't worry about it." paraphrased.
I got the job and more than doubled my salary the day of the interview. How? I drove to a large electronic company we did biz with, asked the head of procurement (who knew me, barely), about helping me get that job. I'd learned the new company wanted to get qualified for military biz as an incentive to industrial companies to give them a try.
I asked this procurement man to give me a letter stating he'd provide an order IF I was able to get them qualified with the Redstone Arsenal. I knew that this new co was the only IC design/mfg co on the east co that did analog, digital and I2L in full and semi-custom, and they were interested in having a backup supplier in the event of a west coast problem.
I walked into the interview with an order, stipulating a chip in either a TOW, Maverick or Hellfire system IF I got the place qualified. The jobs was mine, inside about 18 months starting in the field.
Inside three years, I was co-owner and running the place. The learning curve would be insane for most people. It was not, for me.
Coup in an Asian country. Big companies abandoned their assembly facilities. I figured it was safe to go and try to poach one or more facilities to assemble our designs because they'd be desperate to appear as if it was safe to do business there. I made an offer, the investment advisor for that country looks at me and says, "I can have you shot before you get to the airport". Yes, I was shocked, but quickly asked what it was that I'd missed, and that I was sure we could come to a resolution..and if not, no one would follow me there, and they'd be dead in the water.
I got a facility. Not that many years later, I had a couple of strokes and a small heart attack. Lost that business.
People like me, for the most part, are not malevolent, but we can be too aggressive and too careless. But this, is how the lights are turned on...it's up to others, to keep the lights on.
Gates was far more malevolent than bright, but he was also very connected. Rambling rant, over.
Of the 3 parts, Malevolence really makes the outcomes bad.
Mental ability and motivation (which you demonstrated in this story) reflects positively - when the person stays connected to folks one can trust. Which of course is easier said than done.
Like Peterson delved shortly into....getting all those connections (Gates's mom was on the board of IBM?) plus had some banking overlap too, puts more workable pieces in place. (Gates was no friend to his co-founder either; he diluted him out of Microsoft while Allen had cancer. If I am not mistaken.)
Those with very abnormally high IQ are low in emotional awareness of others. A bit difficult to discuss things once the IQ is 1-2 deviations above the person talking with. Lots to unpack that would be like a research paper level writing that I suspect would be outside my skill set to accomplish as well.
IQ never existed before WW1. It is a tool of government and is not indicative of true intelligence. It is a Central Planning Tool. IQ is a label hung on people and those who are truly intelligent reject being labeled. If you are highly intelligent, wouldn’t you also be more inquisitive and less myopic? It doesn’t make sense to me that society idolizes those who have been told they are “gifted.” https://fee.org/articles/the-intellectual-conceit-of-iq-ideology/
Do you have any evidence of a highly intelligent person who is not inquisitive and who is myopic?
What makes you think most highly intelligent people have been told they're gifted? I'm sixty-five, that term is quite recent.
P.S. "It is a Central Planning Tool. IQ is a label hung on people and those who are truly intelligent reject being labeled."
Am I obligated to openly reject everything someone says about me? Must I do it every time someone like you comes along and demands it?
I don't need anyone to tell me that I have more horsepower than normal, I've lived it. My accomplishments are my evidence.
That seems to be a transparent attempt to slander anyone who doesn't openly reject the labels you detest, because no one hangs one on you. Just a guess.
Now, I'm sure you can understand that having explained it to you, and not being able to understand it for you, I'm going to move on, without you.
So you naturally believe the things people tell you until you find out differently? How myopic is that!? It is telling that you are so quick to reject any consideration that IQ is NOT an indicator of intelligence. Ok, I believe you. Feel better? 🥰
Motivation and brass, combined with smarts and perhaps a little luck, makes all the difference.
Tons of smart people in the world, but without purpose and direction it's only potential.
Minions are easy to attract if you can articulate a vision. In my experience, people are hungry for a vision, it doesn't even have to be specific. (To the Moon...)
That’s a very unusual score. I won’t say who but it may be some commenter here who has given thousands and thousands of those tests (to earn a living). You may be a natural talent in math and maybe you were not provided with a lot of verbal “enrichment,” such as reading and interesting conversation, early in life.
And you’ve probably scoped out my P group. I can say there’s an enormous amount of conformity in it. And rule following. Some of it is by necessity and then by habit. As it’s highly govt regulated.
There’s also pettiness, reprimands, and social isolation used on those who deviate from the groupthink.
Very very interesting if a bit overly organized. People are messy compilations of characteristics. I am in a “P group” so I have a close and personal view of colleagues. I assure you they think they are very kind and that it is those who disagree with who are evil. Most people think of themselves as “good” and “kind.” I often wonder if every psychopath knows they are behaving in an evil manner? Hmmmm, that is the question (not “to be or not to be”).
I advise not to make too much of scores on tests of intellect as the summary number is just that and so obscures that a person has areas of high ability or talents and other areas of less ability all within the score. It is not a measure like height or weight. IMO, now way would Bill Gates scores 160 nor would anyone commenting here be likely to nor are there many who do. Most high functioning adults are closer to the mean and thats just fine. And you don’t need to be a genius to be evil.
There is no longer any doubt that the political and financial elites classes have a preponderance of psychopathy. All the while, preening and virtue signaling.
I have never been offered the opportunity to be low conscience and evil for mega-bucks. Would I do it? Would I rationalize my actions or even enjoy the power?
I think I would not. But how many who enter the stratosphere of wealth and power have been so tested and failed.
I took the Stanford Binet IQ test at age 14 (1986). I scored a 139. My SAT scores were not perfect. My verbal score was pedestrian; my math was 99% percentile.
People have their feelings about any measuring system, what it is measuring, what the complexity of the test is, how the test is structured, words, ideas, visuals, etc. I am not an IQ lover per say, its one of many ways to put people into bins.
If IQ deviation is around 13 from 100 marker, I do thing Gates would get in 4-4.5+ S.D. level.
I know personally Gateses CFO of Global Development. We graduated in 1990 from the same high school. Same classes. I know her school work, her upper middle class background, her interests, her younger brother went to the same university I did (got him drunk)....anyways, she was the valedictorian of our class.
Notre Dame, Duke, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs. I scored much higher on the math SAT than she did...because we talked about it - same pre-Calculus class in HS. But she doesn't have any deeply-held moral principles. Certainly not given that she has worked for Gates for 13 years, advancing upward to her current position at the top tier of a $50 billion NGO.
I, to be even here, have been to prison (2001-03) and did 2 years probation thereafter. I have discussed that in a post - not the case, because no matter how I frame that people have their bias built towards an ex-con.
I was from a working poor background. My mother and I barely stayed above the poverty line. My father was incarcerated - and he is a psychopath (deceased). I used alcohol in the 1990s plenty. Attempted suicide in the US Navy. Pretty much a loner throughout all that time - I was an only child and well, my friends came and went.
I've gone most of my adult life without health insurance aside from my stints in industrial engineering (1996-97, 99-01, 12-19 (contracting as well).
I delivered newspapers for 10 years total in my life (as a kid (85-88) and adult (05-11). I actually liked that the most of anything. It doesn't require anyone else to accomplish it. So I was a P person too - a paperboy.
Why I am writing this all to you. Is yes, everything depends on what motivates and how easily one can be had for a price. I quit an $80,000 year job in 2018 (the highest salary ever in my life as a convicted felon) because the consultant that bullied his way into the CEO's good graces pissed me off with his comments towards me in a group setting. I walked out - because we we were fucking up a Kaizen inventory project because everyone had other agendas, sans me.
That's not unusual - but I was sick of it for a far greater reason that makes this response already too long.
So, I could have shut up. Could of complied. Accepted it - and let the comments and jibes go.
I've had other bosses that utilized that tactic in prior years (because they hired me for cheap or for whatever reason) and I wanted their approval and I liked a paycheck.
This time was different.
Anyways, whatever P group you are apart of, I realized there is a higher probability of them to be more sociopathic/psychopathic because power attracts. It attracts high-functioning sociopaths/psychopaths with motivations, mental aptitude, and malevolence (whether initiated at the job, or born into them is beyond the post, and would require a study.)
However, I got a 27 month education 24-7 in such dynamics. I've lived it. I had an education as a kid with a father that would score 30+ on the Hare Test. He was guilty of an extremely violent crime against a minor.
I witnessed him do other crimes to my mother and myself. So, I know the type.
"In this room there were three men present. To my utter amazement, waiting for me were George Bush, George W. Bush, and Dick Cheney! The four of us began to engage in ritual on the bed, and as things heated up all three men began shape-shifting into reptilian form. I vividly remembered having sex with George W. as his father, the senior Bush, held one of my arms overhead and Dick Cheney held the other. All three men were in reptilian, not human form. During the ritual I again took in the demonic entity as I had previously, while the men began to emit deep guttural noises. During the height of the ritual, tiny babies were brought into the room and devoured by the men. That was enough for me. I concluded the exercise . . . This occurred on the last full moon prior to February 26, 2003, shortly before the [U.S. invasion of] Iraq."
In The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy there’s a part where they invent the most frightening weapon of all, the mere mention of which fills people with terror. The secret weapon is people in stasis who appear normal and friendly, but are complete psychopaths.
They actually did create that weapon.
China Lake NWC: I asked him how deep the deepest part extended. He looked at me soberly and said very quietly, “It goes one mile deep.” I then asked him what the underground base contains. He replied, “Weapons.” I responded, “What sort of weaponry?” And he answered without pausing, “Weapons more powerful than nuclear weapons.”
“And these humanoid-ET hybrids are then transferred into a circular saucer craft and taken away for training to integrate with the humans on the surface of the planet. That’s what they were doing in S1 where I had been taken.”
Stating the problem and analyzing it from the lens of a "Babylonian" mindset, that being one of materialism, is the just the other side of the coin of what Gate, Soros and other psychopaths do. It's the same ruin only your side is winning and their side is losing. You are still stuck in the rat race. It's playing by the established rules of your enemy. You can't use the tools of the devil to defeat the devil. Quit playing the game they play because evil is limited and MUST use those lame as tools to reign. God's people "have bread they don't know about". START FIGHTING with all of the tools that evil openly scorns.... only because those tools are effective and actually win wars and evil can't use them! The illusion that humility and seeking God first before all things in your day is not relevant to Victory has allowed our asses to be kicked. Read the Bible, get off your asses and BELIEVE what it says and do it. Fight for your lives and quit rolling over by believing the flash and quick strikes of the enemy are what holds the field! This is why FAITH and PATIENCE aren't cultivated by evil, because if people HAD IT, we would defeat them!
That was awesomely well organized and written, your style backstops what we try to explain in cruder posts to forums.
You might consider now completing the set by highlighting the ideas behind how this problem is properly dealt with by the adults in the room, like what ideas progress is actually based on, and what to emphasize to the non-psychotic intelligentsia so they are better empowered to see how to bootstrap our better angels in the face of this parasitical element in civilization. As in what is the host dynamics that needs additional clarity, to discriminate it from the parasite which feeds off of it.
I discovered Michael Hudson a few years back and again more recently, and I like his take, that classical economists argued that government’s role was to tax land and monopoly capital to prevent the rise of a hereditary oligarchy, otherwise The natural tendency towards feudalism remains unchract. Now we’re in a later stage where big money has taken over the government and so the correction will probably be self-correcting in a collapse mode. But people Who think about these things need to know how to correctly set up the system so it doesn’t blow up yet again.
Truly interesting article with lots of good references on one of my favorite topics. MP3 is a great concept to use for getting a handle on the evil we face and Psychopathic Sixes gives them a name, my go-to is Luciferian Overlords.
I am also a student of Bruce Lee and JBP, roughly speaking, and I incorporate their teachings when I use critical thinking. Those references caught my interest in particular and they are well used to make the points. Also I really like how you take note that the PS play the long game, thinking in terms of generations, rather than most of us who do not, more or less there.
Two bones to pick. One, I hate YT with a passion. I have consciously stopped using it and sharing the links. I won't give them hits to their site. Two, this is a spiritual battle. Satan is real and has groomed these Pychopaths for thousands of years, while simulataneously influencing theor useful tools. It is pervasive. It is powerful and it is real.
That said, I'm going to be following more of your work now Jason.
I hate Goo Tube too! Sadly, the search on Rumble, Bitchute, Odysee is, shall we say, difficult.
And Substack needs to make embedding those site's videos on here a priority.
I only have a YT channel - I got banned - mainly to get people onto my Substack or Rumble channel. I should use download all these clips and upload to my channel - and site where I got it.
Yeah. The search functions for those sites are lacking to say the least. However, I decided to go "all-in" with Odysee and now, I have many of the creators I was following in my feed and a lot more. More than I have time to watch tbh.

Both your points are nothing more than straw man arguments. Is that the best you can do?

Contemplate and internalize The Iron Law Of Oligarchy and its corollary, The Iron Law Of Institutions.
Sorry I did respond earlier....thanks for this comment. Iron Law of F-ing things Up! 😂💯
GOOD thoughts!
Yeah. The search functions for those sites are lacking to say the least. However, I decided to go "all-in" with Odysee and now, I have many of the creators I was following in my feed and a lot more. More than I have time to watch tbh.
