Lethal LNG Thieves: 22% for the Big Guy?
Who majority owns Magnolia LNG?
When Jeffrey Epstein was murdered, I was barely aware of his existence. I, like most of us, had a life that carried on whether that CIA-connected, pedophile, sex predator got offed by a powerful enemy that couldn’t have him talking any further, or not. I watched James B. Stewart, author of Den of Thieves, discuss Epstein’s ties to Bill Gates, the overly lauded “techie” by the likes of Andrew Ross Sorkin and his lesser media fools on Wall Street. Those strands of truth were eye-opening even for someone cynical; and fairly sure that conspiracies are not infrequent at all, but rather: the international, lawless-based order of things.
These last four years illuminated conspiratorially on all manner of evil before our eyes. With deaths desired slyly by a militarized media, the heartless, censorious tech overlords, and their agency-connected masters, now encouraging us “lesser” humans towards a worldwide medical industrial complex of 15-minute cities or if one really wants to go full tinfoil here: “kill boxes.” So to reveal any more Earth-shattering revelations, that make Watergate seem like a trickle from a busted 1970s water hose, one didn’t expect to find so easily that Bill Gates and Hunter Biden’s laptop were so criminally-connected together, by using Wall Street (and D.C.’s) best law firms, that all domicile inside of a city block in a city without lockdown fever: Miami, Florida.
Lobbying for LNG
Hunter Biden, as discussed, was CEFC-attached to a Magnolia LNG exportation deal as early as October 2017. At that time, the owner was Australian-based LNG Limited, who was represented by K&L Gates in their lobbying efforts. K&L Gates was formed in the mid-2000s from Bill Gates, Sr. law firm and a D.C. firm.
K&L’s overall lobbying efforts eclipsed over $700,000 over the course of both the Magnolia & Texas LNG projects. (Both these LNG projects were brought together in late May 2020 through Glenfarne Group’s fortuitous ownership.)
In early 2018 and 2019, Magnolia LNG LLC efforts were tied to Chinese interest for exportation of LNG, if lobbying receipts are any indication. Headed up by David L. Wochner, a Gates partner, a few bills were introduced into Congress that seem to prevent these moves in light of the ongoing trade-tariff sanctions on China. This though could be Democrat-favoring positioning considering the then occupant in the White House. (Be against something, before being for it.)
Wochner was lead counsel for all Magnolia LNG LLC correspondence for LNG Limited. On July 26, 2018, Wochner reported LNG Limited had listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange, just under the DOE’s threshold of 10%, adhering to 79 Fed. Reg. 65541, 65542.
LNGL announced that it entered into a binding subscription agreement (“Subscription Agreement”) for a share placement of fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of LNGL through an investment made by IDG Energy Investment (IDG, stock code: 650.HK), an investment holding company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. [Emphasis added.]
Meanwhile, LNG Limited’s management applied for all the necessary DOE/FERC permitting while getting contracts in place for exporting LNG. (A Vietnam deal made in September 2019 passed to Glenfarne by May 2022.)

On October 23, 2018, Gates partner Karishma Page (DC), wrote to Hunter Biden regarding the Truman Center for National Policy Board. Page wrote:
Hunter,
I hope that this note finds you well. Following up on a vm [voice message] I left, I was hoping to connect regarding the Truman Center for National Policy Board… I would appreciate the opportunity to get the benefit of your thinking as the boards vice chair. Would you have a few minutes to connect? I’m CC’ing Maggie Collins, who can help find a time. Thank you.

This reflects a level of familiarity with Hunter, and his opinion matters to her. Page was the focus of a 2020 Hill piece, regarding lobbying, deal making, and diversity in the legal workplace. Notable for comparison, Hunter was procuring a diverse group of prostitutes throughout 2018. Hunter spent nearly as much ($100K+ by one’s ballpark estimates) as LNG Limited did on their Gates lobbying ($160K).
Karishma knows Magnolia LNG’s counsel David L. Wochner well despite K&L Gates being a very large law firm.
While 2019 was relatively quiet on the LNG front, Hunter’s laptop and the BMGF Event 201 were handled by U.S. top intelligence and virus-hunting people. Hunter’s laptop was secured by the FBI (& Bill Barr) by December 2019. Current DNI Avril Haines (and then CIA deputy director) opined significantly at Event 201, attended by China’s CDC Director George Gao. Dr. Gao knows well Nathan Wolfe of Metabiota fame (who knows Ghislaine Maxwell) rather infamously. (Wolfe’s book thanks Epstein as well.)
The CIA, DARPA-backed company then conveniently sold itself to Gingko Bioworks in August 2022 for $12 million just as Gingko’s rock star Renee Wegrzyn moved into the Biden administration in September 2022 just after providing Gingko’s operations a CDC contract worth upwards of $61 million.
This biomedical deal provided reason enough to dig further into the Laptop from Hades. Hunter’s old grifts didn’t die; they just became more financially-liquidified.
Glenfarne Group
Brendan Duval took control of Magnolia and Texas LNG in late May 2020. He accomplished that by Hunter’s contacts from 2010 through 2016, sabotaging the financing of LNG Limited and holding the project up until Brendan was freed up to do this deal in the midst of the pandemic.
Brendan worked for Macquarie Group since the 1990s and in New York City for many years. Brendan likely knows (though one cannot confirm this yet) key financial associates of Hunter Biden: Albert Tse and Jonathan Li. The former by working at Macquarie Capital with Albert; and the latter through Tse’s emailing Devon and Hunter about their Beijing-located partner in Li.
The timing of Bill Miller’s Megatrend organization (2019-2020), the long-standing friendship with Hunter through Louisiana dealings tying to Joe Biden’s Senate years, makes Miller’s coincidental bid, and pull out, all the more suspicious. Miller is a China hand – and mentioned his knowledge of Fosun dealings in March 2014.
First Wall Street Capital’s advisers being a former CIA director Woolsey and a D.C. federal judge in Eugene Sullivan that Hunter emailed directly, and then met, in a private meeting in 2016, is not coincidental. Throw in a former FBI director Louis Freeh (a law partner of Sullivan!), $100,000, and Son of a Bitch!, Magnolia LNG is in the right investment hands due to these Biden connections.
One month after this sale for just $2 million, K&L Gates conveniently omitted change in control to Glenfarne, though the Department of Energy listed it accordingly. O’Neill is based out of Boston, MA. Curious that Mike e-mails Wochner about the Louisiana LNG project that David has handled for over five years and Mike hasn’t.
Hypo: Did this Magnolia LNG project grow hot while Hunter’s dad was assured the Presidency, becoming the “most powerful” (if not the smartest) man that Hunter will ever know that can get him out of trouble (with the Chinese)?
Remember: Hunter did receive a ton of cash, millions from Chinese sources. Payment for services NOT rendered. The fucking spy chief has a boss too.

Who Owns Magnolia & Texas LNG?
By late 2020, K&L Gates was keenly aware of the administration changing. Their correspondence to that fact on Magnolia – and their own words (below) on energy policy (each on this podcast lobbied for Magnolia LNG/Glenfarne) – reveals their designs. The Gates group are pleased with “environmental justice” and their comments on Senators Whitehouse and Manchin seem overly optimistic to say the least in not agreeing with them in the slightest.

Glenfarne on February 17, 2021 submitted SEC filings that brought in other law firms. White & Case LLP is a top New York-based firm that represented Russia interests much to their chagrin by mid-2022. White provided the underwriting for this project.
Greenberg Traurig, P.A. provided the TRUST and warrants for this Glenfarne Group filing. Greenberg is headquartered in Miami inside of the Wells Fargo Center. Wells Fargo happens to be Hunter’s and Jim Biden’s U.S. bank of choice as late as March 2019. Greenberg was selected as the firm of choice for Rosemont Realty, a long-standing investment vehicle of Devon Archer, Hunter Biden, and Eric Schwerin.
22.5% of these shares are held in a blind trust. There is no identifiable person or entity (a blank LLC) is referenced. Brendan Duval is listed as holder of these, but that is merely a way to mask the ownership stake. By 2022, the remaining 77.5% were sold in an IPO by Glenfarne Group to the following investment capital entities:

Ukraine & China
Perkins Coie (based in Seattle), K&L Gates and Greenberg Taurig participated in a Microsoft-sponsored law competition, notable as the finalists. This competition may merely confirm cooperation, but it brings in the key operator to the Russia collusion and Christopher Steele fake dossier drama of 2016. This as well overlaps with Joe Biden’s former communications director and his current deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland communications with Steele. (Nuland is instrumental to the Ukrainian conflict if one also knows she visited Moscow in October 2021 with threats, not diplomacy, as well as her 2014 conversations regarding Ukrainian leadership. Recent revelations further is along.)
Such law firms, it appears, are operating with impunity to gaslight Americans, destruct their energy policies, and are providing 10% (of advice) towards WHICH BIG GUY?
Europe, at present, appears to be the target of the Magnolia export planning phase that was extended to 2026 by DOE approvals. However, Glenfarne Group’s own slide decks show their Panama Canal exportation to be key selling point.

As with all things, China controls access points Panama Canal (now), invests in deep water ports, and would keenly like the U.S. to supply further China to its own energy demise.
The next part of this mayhem will look into how Hunter (or the Bidens) could exit this investment without too much notice, if they indeed owned that 22%.
