I enjoy your ramblings. The other day I read Solzhenitsyn's ''warning to the west' and quite frankly it sent a shiver down my spine. It was his speech to Harvard in 1975. I've attached a link to a text file of it though its also available as a book. Give it a chance. Once he gets going it gets a bit eerie. (link pasted at bottom of quote)

Then, Karl Radek, whom you may have heard of,
