There's a lot of mold in the air right now. It started back for me in November, then again 3 weeks ago. Try taking some Benadryl and put a pan of boiling water on the stove for the steam. Also, change your heat vent filter if you have central air. It really helps. Hope you get to feeling better.

Thank you!

I suspected it tied to that.... I underestimated the environmental impacts. I'm doing better - still a bit blah. But that's a whole other world conversation...

I've been so out of the loop lately. But crazy hasn't stopped.

I'll stop by later. :)

In case you want to check the daily levels instead of relying on the AAAAI/NIAID site, a good one is southwestohioair.org

I'll rely on the NIAID when necktie nooses are in short supply or plain out of stock!

😂😂😂🤪🤪🤪

I'll go anywhere for information that doesn't have an acronym!

I thought you would see it that way! Haha Me too. I lost all faith in the Allergy reports when they were shut down and NIAID affiliation was defunded and removed. It went into lockdown. I'm still a firm believer that the uptick in covid cases and symptoms coincide with high pollen and mold levels.
