I’ve learned to listen to my body. When it needs rest, especially when I’ve been sick, I physically rest. Otherwise, I relapse, seems like, even worse than before. So sounds like you’re doing that as well even if you’re playing vampire. 🙃 Keep making progress. Cheers!

Oh no! I'm so sorry you are feeling bad. I hope you got to get out of the hospital. Try changing your heat filter and try putting a pan of boiling water on the stove. The mold and tree pollen is really getting to people right now. I take a Benadryl when I'm feeling stopped up and it seems to help, but it's better to take it before bedtime. Also, if you have fluid behind your ears it could cause you to be dizzy or off balance. There is a thing called orthostatic hypertension that when you get up really fast it can make your blood pressure bottom out. If that has happened, try to sit on the side of the bed with your legs dangled over the edge for a minute before trying to get up. A pediatrician once told my cousin that if your heat is on higher than 70 degrees that it causes bacteria to grow. The heat dries everything out in your sinuses and you can't get good air flow through your nose if it's stopped up. I notice a difference in my breathing and ears as soon as I turn the heat on when the weather gets cold. The barometric pressure messes with all that too. It might help if there is fluid behind your ears to try to work it down the side of your neck with your finger to see if it will drain any. Bundle up if you go out and try to keep the wind out of your ears. See if you can get some amoxicillin or a Z-pack out of them if it's turned into bronchitis or pneumonia. Try to drink plenty of water and get some rest. I don't much believe their tests. lol Get well soon!
