Yep, they are just looking for another opening. If the Logan Act fails to keep him out of office...some other lawfare will be used against him and his admin! Great article, Jason!

I think your advice is sound regardless. The only thing I’d have done differently from Trump is kept my appointment preferences secret until after the inauguration and then dropped them all on the first day back. He’s giving his opponents to much lead time to prepare.

Glad to hear... the suggestion (by Flynn) to talk to Putin was NOT a good idea.

He ought to know better. (Hmmm.....)

The appointments - that may have been a better course. However, it signals to the "markets" what kind of administration they are getting. Cuts both ways.
