Soo Kim: Project 2049 & New York Times Marine/Reporter Gibbons-Neff
Kim's Rand Corporation attachment explains a war with Russia and Routh's ideology
I wasn’t far off my assessment that John Bolton’s flavor of diplomacy guided or molded CIA/State/DHS/RAND Corp’s Soo Kim. Armitage led Project 2049 - until 2020 -is the neocon ice cream foreign policy I heard this chick spew.
It explains much about Ryan Routh’s chaotic political thoughts.
Thomas Gibbons-Neff & RAND
Thomas Gibbons-Neff is cited by the RAND Corporation in policy papers. He’s a Marine veteran covering Ukraine-Russia now. (Archive) But his Korean focus, back in 2017, leads to some thought he knows CIA Soo Kim pretty well.
Gibbons-Neff interviewed Ryan Routh. Routh followed Soo Kim. Soo Kim & Gibbons-Neff are included in RAND Corporation papers. (We can’t know if they follow each other - protected tweets.)
Often, to include a citation, clearance is asked for by a think tank from the Correspondent. Kim’s CIA background fits the U.S. presence in Ukraine - as she speaks Russian - and certainly wants to build her resume off her geopolitical acumen (where Asia-Europe intertwine.)
