Operation Virus: Preface, 6th Ed. Preview

Note: to all readers, if you have a story or links that address the agendas, data, international responses regarding the last three years, I will include as many of them as possible in this two-volume work being revamped.
As with all endeavors, the first draft is incomplete and filled with various errors that bother but cannot be helped except upon revision. Such was the state of this book project that started in the summer of 2020 as part of an updated foreword to a book published in late 2019. Now, three years on, the clarity of time allows for a more permanent view to put to paper of events lived and still yet to come.
We entered the 2020s unaware of the agenda that has now unfolded. There were conspiracies about a long-term subversion of the human will and nation-states. There was an attempt at a formalized coup over a phone call, a distraction, but nothing to the scale seen, and operating like a military operation put in full motion, that COVID-19 became (and ongoing) through the “vaccines” and “digitalization of humanity.”
When I chose the title Operation Virus: The Delivering of COVID, Chaos and Communism (to the United States and the World) it was compact, but incomplete. The marriage of Communism and Fascism is more complete. The conglomeration of those two ideologies with Neo-Feudalism and Technocracy is closer to the mark. What can be rightly noted, without those labels becoming the argument, is that no one in the world with a desire for free will, and some understanding about Totalitarian regimes obsessive need to control a person’s work, their property, their movements, their familial relationships, and most of all, their tongue, should mistake this current trajectory as better for Humanity. Yet, “leaders” are marching us headlong into this abyss.
This Agenda serves people that do not care one iota about anyone. These parasitic people are persons we see at places like the World Economic Forum and those that hide well inside the shadow banking and governance entities. Their power message is expressed through media-trained lackeys, top-tier politicians and across the various sectors of health, technology, banking, agriculture, to other corporate and policy bodies that are populated and liberally cross-pollinated (or membered) to achieve a singular message akin to The Borg.[i]
Their messaging hides behind problems with climate and humanity using resources too haphazardly. The climate issue has been routinely used as a fear tool and is well-funded by these Globalized Parasites (GP), using activist groups that are brainwashed or indoctrinated to carry out the GP’s orders. If people are to be truly concerned about resources squandered, look no further than these financial thieves and their long cons against their populations. Their hustles on electric cars using cobalt and lithium coming from the third world places[ii], and polluting those countries while debt entrapping them, makes a compelling argument for why one should take their words and throw them into the dustbin, or the lithium mine, of history. The answers to such climate and resource problems do not come from people that routinely fly around the world preaching this climate gospel while spending mountains of cash to be kept in the best hotels with the best cuisines. Or investment bankers that see only returns of cash from their craven exploitation of politically-driven policy that they do not have to experience. This is NIMBY, full stop.[iii]
Much like the Feudal Kings and Lords, the purpose of these fears and crises is not to solve them; rather, it is to exploit them for further enhancement of power and wealth. The common folk are made to fear and told they must do their part, sacrifice to defeat the King’s chosen foe. People then become distracted and confused by the King’s proclamations and purse strings opened to show the King’s good intent, but those are enticing tricks of the powerful. Give the population big worries and tell them whatever is needed – to defeat the grave enemy (whether it is their next-door neighbor, an unseen virus, or a climate catastrophe) – and find the right people, experts, scientists, educators or media manipulators to sell them this Big Lie.
The power of media has evolved since Gutenberg first broke the monopoly on information (and its dirty royal cousin disinformation). Through the Renaissance, to the Age of Enlightenment, the people became literate and could, for a price, put their thoughts to paper for the Masses. By the cusp of the American Revolution, up to 90% of the public in the Colonies were able to read. 1776’s Common Sense was a massive political best seller in the new United States. But as with any medium (and thus, “media”), power-hungry forces congealed to control the print industry, namely, Hearst and Pulitzer.[iv] Further along the course of history, these powerful forces (now named Bloomberg, BlackRock or Vanguard[v]) bought out print, radio, then TV, and finally, social media. The well-financed parasites have hijacked information, employed thousands of government agents and “experts”, forming disinformation networks, knowing full well what they desire people to know.[vi],[vii]
One of the 20th century masters of print, William L. Shirer, wrote The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich. In Rise’s foreword, Shirer discussed the breath of time between tumultuous events and writing on it, noting the French viewpoint on enormous 19th century events:
“[T] his view [is] especially prevalent in France…Nothing more recent than the Napoleonic era, I was told, should be tackled by writers of history.
Most historians have waited fifty years or a hundred, or more, before attempting to write an account of a country, an empire, an era. But was this not principally because it took that long for the pertinent documents to come to light and furnish them with authentic material they needed? And though perspective was gained, was not something lost because the authors necessarily lacked a personal acquaintance with the life and the atmosphere of the times and with the historical figures about which they wrote?”[viii]
Shirer noted as well that with the massive trove of documents, the luck of capture of them (in the entirety), it was obvious to him to do what he did: write a masterpiece on this dark point in humanity’s history.
Shirer intentionally noted his method; which one hopes to mimic and approach to some duplication: “…in this book I have tried to be severely objective, letting the facts speak for themselves and noting the source for each. No incidents, scenes or quotations stem from the imagination; all are based on documents, the testimony of eyewitnesses or my own personal observation.”
When speculation is engaged, he (and I) noted that. Interpretations, yet again, are not without an avenue for dispute. And to quote Shirer, yet again, one comes at this work with “what knowledge and experience I have had.” And it may take many more years and “drops” of information to provide the deeper breath and scope of the lies, cons, and corruption.

As for intelligent speculation, it is one’s contention that the current set of events is even more Earth-shaking and pronounced in its reach than World War II is and was. While the “defeat” of Nazism was commendable and absolutely necessary, this achievement was not all-encompassing. Embers of that false Reich later landed in the United States.[ix] Eugenics never went away either; rather, this racial-mental philosophy hid behind “rights” movements, healthcare and legal precedents (Roe v. Wade).
The more pertinent achievement of World War II was the development of world bodies that desire even greater control than their 20th century hyper-nationalistic counterparts. That nationalism was driven by a force, a cult of personality, and political ideologies birthed in the century prior, Communism and Fascism, and wielded by the likes of Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Tōjō, Mussolini, and Franco. Not to ignore attempts in France and United States to adopt socialistic-driven ideas, or the lack of certain countries’ major involvement in WWII, that are now specifically important in the present: Brazil, Australia, Saudi Arabia and India.
The world today has inferior, personality-lacking leaders – Von der Leyen, Sunak, Macron, Stoltz, Putin, Trudeau, Jinping, Ardern, Lula, Modi, Biden – but these figureheads lead deeper benches of would-be autocrats (technocratic minions); and with larger non-governmental entities and those global bodies (UN, WEF, WHO, BIS and rising organizations with world-dominating ambitions (BRICS+)) collaborating visibly and subverting the nation-states of these dull dictators. The nation-state is to be subsumed into a global village through whatever means gets the most compliance from the people quickest.
The global reach of this still burgeoning, international-flavored 4th Reich, this time, is not done through force of military per se; rather it is done through military-grade mass media propaganda, economic warfare, Agency-NGO warfare outfits and governments pointing their fingers inward at their populations instead of outward at the usual totalitarian’s enemy of choice: other populations or leaderships. The political forces gladly outsource their policemen to other localities (so as to squelch resistance) through brazen brutality because there is zero connection or allegiance to the local populations. Police are useful idiots for their paychecks; and some enjoy violence on the random stranger (and were recruited specifically for that reason).
The Globalized Parasites (GP) learned lessons well from the two World Wars and the intervening proxy wars, providing opportunities to improve warfare tactics and apply them to civilians. Now, with algorithms and Artificial Intelligence (AI), the drivers of military-guided activities are based on the boiling-of-the-frogs’ responses to the stimuluses provided for various pots of people. Those frogs are us: the common population.
Add-in divide-n-rule and invisible enemies to this slow boil mechanism, the demoralizing and destabilizing of Western nations, the main goal, and throw in urged mass migration, forced energy reduction, consumer restrictions, and social engineering at a level never seen across all of humanity, and this exceeds the plans of the 3rd iteration of a Reich. Ultimately as well: substantial population reduction is a couched goal and it mechanisms for success are already bearing fruit.
This is a 5th generation warfare and its itinerant and evolving features are being perfected through learning how people respond to it.[x]
The echoes: a German-born and speaking guy has bragged about penetrating the cabinets of governments. Klaus Schwab was born in 1938 into the heart of the penetrating actions that was the rising totalitarian 3rd Reich. Schwab’s father, Eugene Wilhelm, was highly connected to the Nazis, if only due to his managing a machining operation on the border of “neutral country”: Switzerland.[xi]
One of his penetrated cabinet members, finance minister Chrystia Freeland has her Nazi family past. Her boss, Justin Trudeau, has a family history intersecting with Fidel Castro. A marriage of Fascism and Communist ideas in Canada? But back to our to cult-like character.
Klaus is not the clear, final boss. Much akin to Adolf Hitler, who was well-supported by major industrial titans, it is, as always, about the financiers. The bag of debt hanging over the Western World has the moneyed folks seeking a way out through a final, dominating digital world. Take digital identity and money (CBDC) and tie it to 24-7 surveillance of health, movement and social media and further create a new Ponzi-Madoff-Fried Scheme off genetics cum AI/Transhumanism. Globalist Parasites reimagine the world with All The Rights of Man under one global scoring system, their scoring system at a AI-driven pathos or narcissist’s whimsical keystroke.
This explains the eager cooperating with the decade-long prototyping by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The virtual prison yard of social control on a billion plus that American tech companies Google and IBM gladly assisted along in the 2010s.[xii] Bill Gates, a friendly Sinophile and Klaus chum, captured the WHO’s agenda with heavy financing, picked off agricultural interests as well, tested vaccines on huge populations in Africa, India, and now, through his friends in the NIH (Fauci) and most of the Western countries as well. Gates brags about vaccines’ return on investment. And he is not the only braggart among the GP crowd.
Behind Klaus Schwab lay royal ties – King Charles III – that have their designs to maintain great financial power despite the egregious losses of the once mighty British Empire since 1776. Others landing in this financial hopper are tied to the central banks around the world. Those that control the printing of money and can routinely make decisions that no one ever voted on, should be a final indicator of who runs us frogs and why these souls are never very visible and never answerable for their decisions. (Central Banks with opaque ownerships and sinister designs; unless one thinks 100% control is a good thing in the hands of people barely known, like: Augustin Carstens.[xiii])

This work could not be achieved without the 100s and now 1000s of independent common people that have notice keenly this labeled and re-labeled 2030/49 Agenda and took great notice. These people faced the smears, called conspiracy theorists, for pointing to the documents of the GP. They faced the 5th gen warfare from all the apparatuses of governments, NGOs, gild organizations, and the most favorite arm: the 4th Estate, the Billionaire Globalist Media.
More exasperating, a substantial part of the common population chose to bury their heads in the sand and ignore published reports and overt and well-timed media appearances to pitch either: Build Back Better or The Great Reset. Such propaganda has a particular rhythm and phraseology for the Masses to swallow. This too echoes the 3rd Reich and Stalin’s USSR. (Again, the totalitarian marriage is not by accident.)
Luckily, those 1000s in the quest to inform and educate on these sinister plans have been resilient and peaceful, despite threats and cancelling of their social existence for speaking out. As always, one side is held to an perfection standard. And by side, one contends, the side speaking truth, facts, and warning of the agendas to come.
This while the GP media, a most craven group of liars, cons, and criminals in their complete dereliction of “journalism” will be the ones, like Goebbels taught well, to judge anyone that commit “thought and speech crimes” as dangerous to “democracy.” When such media operates at the behest of State Power, and given how many former U.S. spokesmen and women from intel to the White House rotate easily to ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, FOX, MSNBC, one should be highly alarmed. When the State creates Disinformation boards, or funds NGOs and Universities to do tasks to circumvent the Bill of Rights, both the State and those that operating on itself behalf, have committed crimes against the entire population.[xiv],[xv] (The PATRIOT Act opened the door broadly for such abuses and nothing was done about it. This has metastasized, as Julian Assange noted, and now, the RESTRICT Act is being teed up.[xvi])
But this movement hopes to awaken the Mass Formed to the nature of the militarized COVID propaganda used expertly against them. But this information work is still not fully finished nor is it easily done without enormous sacrifices.
The time is running short to stop this agenda worldwide.

Since I began work on this project, in late spring 2020, one has worked temporary warehouse jobs for BlackRock companies (Amazon, UPS), tutored, and worked late shifts at a convenience store. One set aside their hopes of going back to a ‘new normal’ of being a mediocre industrial engineer with background issues.[xvii],[xviii] I went from a good ‘credit’ score to default judgments on credit cards from the big banks (Bank of America, Citigroup, et. al) to get through the morass that was the agenda tied to SARS-COV-2. One will contend this decision was a worthwhile sacrifice.
One hopes an axiom can be born from this: the measure of the journalist is inversely proportional to their wealth and weekly paycheck from 3-5 letter media outlets with plutocratic billionaires in charge. It is what one does without assured reward, that challenges the powerful and corrupt, that sees people, at present, as just bits of error-filled DNA to be exploited for the next market to monopolize,[xix] that separates the real journalist from the frauds.
Along the way as well, I discovered friends in the search for answers. Some were for a reason; others for a season; and hopefully, some are for the remainder of my time on this planet. Some hold PhDs; others are politically-connected; others still are just the common man or woman trying to do a 9-5, or 11-7, while holding their families together.
Hold their families. That ultimately has to be the goal of anyone with morality and understanding of what is at stake and stops listening to the media of the monsters that did this all for their own “reasons.” What those reasons are depends on the individual and proximity to the nexus of a host of characters. Nonetheless, they do have their reasons. They will tell us this with a concerned look, a subtle flash of baleful eyes and duper’s delight, and a lie about how this is for, “one’s own good.”
As Margaret Anna Alice of Substack wrote, poetically, and truthfully:
“You know in your heart what is true, and you speak it.
And no one can ever shut you up again.
Even if they kill you.
Your bravery will outlive you.”[xx]

Not to be "that guy" but in the Borg footnote I think you mean "humanoid" species not human. They were assimilating other species long before they got to humans. A great reference. I think about what's happening like it's a possible Borg origin story.

One little suggestion: I think a lot of Substack readers are getting bombarded with posts after the introduction of Notes and many are skimming articles, so you may want to find various sentences/paragraphs to put into bold so that if someone is skimming it, they will get the jyst of the article and maybe slow down and read more. Also including a couple of photos throughout I've found to be helpful. I hope this is useful feedback!
