We are now in the Endgame.
At this point, it does not appear optics matter to the people at the TOP. Notice what these psychos are saying out loud - Clinton, Kerry, the Kamala crap.
It appears Verizon’s phone network was attacked, tied specifically electrical grid to cellular infrastructure.
NO ONE IS COMING TO RESCUE. It is up to you and your neighbors and community you know well. Time to make appeals to sanity? Meet a safe place and….PREPARE.

Large Ziplock or garbage bags (for waterproofing clothing)
A garbage bag(s) can be also be a Sleeping bag

Box of energy/protein bars
Several bottles of water (or collapsible water container)
Navigation & Communication
Local map (or snapshots of local maps stored on your Phone)
Compass
Baofeng AR-152 or UV-5R (HT Radio)
Solar-charging portable battery pack
Charging cables for the radio
Power Charge block
Fire & Signaling
Few disposable Bic lighters
Signaling mirror
Flashlight
Spare batteries for the flashlight

I would add another aspect: personal health, training. Personal health, you really need to be healthy and fit for what ever age you are. I am not taliking about athletic but healthy. You need to be concern with your diet and exercise, now. It is probably the hardest part. As for training, you really need to know how to use your equipment, and "shake it out" on a few day hikes. The nothing more fustrating than it being cold, wet and trying to use your to use your equipment for the first time. A quality knife, light weight .22 rifle and revolver are a must in that order.
