According to a confidential report written by Argentina’s Financial Information Unit, a government agency that investigates money laundering in the country, Ex-CLE received a 70 million euro payment from Venezuela’s election council in 2017. That report, initially made public by news website Infobae, states that the Argentine company made at least two transfers of funds in April 2018 for $182,645 to a bank account in the Netherlands belonging to Smartmatic.
Ex-Cle, which ended up replacing Smartmatic as the official software provider for Venezuelan elections, paid a high price for its connection to the Maduro regime. [My emphasis.]
So it would be odd that Smartmatic was clean everywhere else it was involved in key elections. We have two instances of election being tied to criminal operations involving the top leadership (Roger Pinate) or their managers (Juan Valera) inside Smartmatic.
Conveniently, the DOJ indictment doesn’t charge Smartmatic. The DOJ stated:
“between 2015 and 2018, Roger Alejandro Pinate Martinez, 49, a Venezuelan citizen and resident of Boca Raton, Florida, and Jorge Miguel Vasquez, 62, a U.S. citizen and resident of Davie, Florida, together with others…”
We have other monies that landed in Smartmatic-controlled bank accounts in April 2018 tied back to the shady Venezuelan election of Nicolas Maduro.
These are prior acts - of course, not adjudicated as of yet - but it would easy to call these folks in as witnesses, tied to the operation that is Smartmatic. (They would personally take the 5th….sabotaging Smartmatic’s lawsuit.)
This company is not without further prior history of shadiness (2006, CNN).
So why would Newsmax and Fox roll over so quickly for these renowned shady operators?
Why did those media companies not use their enormous resources (law firms) to build their case of election interference and manipulation? For the Philippines, there is plenty of meat to dig into (Archive) regarding Lord Mark Malloch Brown.
Why did they not argue that Delaware is not even the appropriate venue for this case at all? Newsmax in particular.
Florida or one of the contended states (in the 2020 election) with Smartmatic software is more appropriate, given Smartmatic’s long history in Boca Raton and money flowing in from outside the United States to their offshore accounts?
And Presidential candidate then Joe Biden’s 5-decade long political history - as one has easily found - biases any outcome coming from a Delaware judge. As Joe’s and Hunter’s tentacles wrapped into both the Dominion and Smartmatic cases regarding FOX, Newsmax, and OANN.

As Smartmatic offshores to the UK and routes back to through Netherlands (likely to the British Virgin Islands as Smartmatic International Holding B.V.).

Conveniently, Smartmatic got a Delaware judge to rule favorably for them on September 12, 2024, regarding Newsmax case.
A judge whose recent clerk (Nina Monzack) moved in September 2024 to a law firm (Potter Anderson) that handled Smartmatic legal cases (in 2008-2013). Potter operates in the same building where Smartmatic’s CURRENT LEGAL representatives reside (Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff LLP).
Nina Monzack is also the daughter of Joe Biden’s POA - a lawyer, Melvyn I. Monzack - well known to Hunter Biden and in the laptop frequently.
The conflict of interest - and probable cause that could be sought - is a slam dunk for a halfway coherent and honest DA in Delaware.
Or maybe, a Florida DA! (This INVOLVES 2 Florida-based operations.)

Yep, we have an authoritarian system where what is legal, illegal depends on WHO, WHY they are doing it. If Trump is able to overcome the cheating in the election, He's greatest achievement may be righting the judicial system. I just don't know if he will be able too. The forces arrayed against him are deep, and vast.
And ownership are FOB's - Friends of Bill (Clinton). Can you say "controlled opposition" just like Fox, ready to wrap up the minds of trusting conservatives who fled Fox after their 2020 traitorous betrayal of our nation's free and fair elections, Fox calling Arizona long before outcome could've possibly been known and excusing the six states shutting down counting overnight as if it was a usual and ordinary custom "they're regular people, too, who have to go home at the end of a work day" - a LIE known to every single person ever involved in election counting prior to 2020 - Election Day/Night is their Super Bowl, all employees stay until the next morning if necessary, working through the night until the results are conclusive. Fox Lied. Newsmax will Lie.
And as long as we're following the money, just by watching who advertises on Newsmax we know who's news they are broadcasting. Same multinational corporate advertisers, Big Pharma, etc that wrote multimillion dollar checks to Marxist BLM during the Summer of Love Beatification of St. George. Most headquartered in Delaware, where Biden did their bidding in the US Senate for a half-century becoming fabulously wealthy in the process. They buy the news they want broadcast. Follow the money. Newsmax, Smartmatic, Dominion, (Diebold before them) all bipartisan fraudsters on the same fraudulent election and governance team. Against the US Constitution, against MAGA.
