Indiana's Wabash River: Is it apart of a larger agenda tied to the World Economic Forum?
Governor Holcomb's agenda is not about Indiana, but international concerns. (PART 1)
Indiana’s Wabash River is under direct attack from its own governor. Governor Eric Holcomb is the current chairman of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). The IEDC has set its sights on routing 10s of millions of gallons of water per day 35 miles south through a pipeline to Lebanon, Indiana. This too will support a Department of Defense laden project called the LEAP district.
From WTHR’s reporting:
The LEAP District's anchor tenant, Eli Lilly and Co., is building a 600 acre complex with two manufacturing sites on the north side of Lebanon.
The city annexed 6,621 acres for the district last year.
According to The Lebanon Reporter, the latest 642 acres would not increase the district's borders substantially, but it would fill in gaps where landowners didn't want to sell.
The 642 acres would give the IEDC majority control of the district. [My emphasis.]
IEDC Downloads (below are a few snippets from 2022 Report)
The IDEC 2022 report has hallmarks of ESG-approved language - pandering percentages for select groups (S) and estimated jobs - but nothing on environmental studies (E) actually needed to accomplish any “sustainable” dream.
WTHR reported, in August 2023, the “State of Indiana” became interested in doing the necessary water supply-volume analysis. This should have been done long prior; but then, it might actually confirm what local resident’s know, from their lifelong experience, is a key concern: the Wabash can and does run at near drought levels, impacting the local residents who are on well systems, as well as others, who require significant water to maintain their personal and business requirements.
But the IDEC later spun these concerns without giving much detail to WTHR:
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation is doing testing and announced in September [2023] that initial results suggest the project is feasible. They said the aquifer under the river is deeper and wider than originally thought, and it would not impact water supplies along the Wabash River in Tippecanoe County. [My emphasis.]
Notable is that the State of Indiana - with Governor Holcomb as its top executive and also chairman of IEDC [no conflicts there] - hired exactly one hydrologist. Hydrologist Jack Wittman stated that:
“Preliminary data shows a large, deep aquifer … and it also suggests the aquifer and the river are large relative to the need. There’s no particular information that came out of any of the testing or drilling that was done that makes us think that this [project] isn’t anything other than a very good idea for a place or method for getting water supplies.”
This came from after drilling 19 wells, over the summer of 2023, with two wells used for a 72-hour pumping test. Wittman, considered an expert, then provided this analysis regarding the potentiality of 100 million gallons of water flowing daily to the LEAP project:
Nothing suggests that we can’t achieve high yields. I just don’t know yet what those yields will be without additional testing.
LEAP Dream looks similar to World Economic Forum’s 15-minute city
Indiana’s Governor Holcomb is heavily connected to the World Economic Forum and COP27, giving two keynote speeches in Egypt for the COP event. The UN, WEF, and COP series are all climate-obsessed entities, routinely talking about crisis & environmental impacts in society. But these members are filled with hot-air promises and bone-dry integrity when it comes to their adherence to their own stated principles regarding your needed behaviors.
In July 2022, an urban development plan, regarding the Netherlands, involved the seizing of prime farm land from productive Dutch farmers (ranked high in largest exporters of agricultural products). This was done under the guise of meeting “environmental impacts” (nitrogen), without any of the locals, bothersome, political inputs. The Netherlands Prime Minister Mark Rutte, a WEF acolyte of Klaus Schwab, did nothing to quell these concerns. (Because Rutte was then key to the plan to make this happen. Rutte resigned as PM in July 2023.)
In Part 2, one will look at the connective tissue of law firms tied to Washington D.C lobbying and any ESG connections to behemoth: BlackRock.
A key law firm for the IDEC is Barnes & Thornburg, the largest firm in Indiana, with offices in Washington, D.C. and Chicago as well.
IEDC has but one lobbyist of interest: Brandt Hershman, former speechwriter for George H.W. Bush, and this:
Brandt served in several staff positions for former U.S. Rep. Steve Buyer of Indiana, including district operations director, and as press secretary for Buyer for Congress.
Former U.S. Representative Steve Buyer current situation according to the Biden DOJ.

Yep, even our "local" or "state" officals have that "smell"! Most people don't realize how far the rot extends, until it too late. Great article!
