Geopolitics: Trump Initiative for Peace & Security (TIPS)
Executive Summary: My wild plan to address immigration, conflict and rebuilding of the United States and key affected areas of the world. First 2 Sections.
Project Triumph: Marshall Plans to Solve Geopolitical Concerns
This will upset many people that have a vested interest in the chaotic status quo; and/or an over-zealous reliance on contracts and decrees made a century ago (Balfour Declaration[i]). The (Trump Initiative for Peace and Security) or TIPS plan will be called authoritarian; impractical; too costly; racist. These will be the media howls about its unfairness for specific groups. But, none of this would have been necessary if cooler (and less treasonous) minds had not prevailed and were never involved in U.S. foreign and domestic policy matters. Our elections had consequences – and we are living in them.
There are no easy answers; only trade-offs and long-term bargains. For instance, what is the point of being “The World Police” while destructing one’s ability to do that? Moreover, why a desire to do world policing? The United States should decouple from that primacy position – but only after repairing Deep State messes and building new alliances worldwide.
This will take many years to accomplish – and measurable successes come only through solid execution of de-escalation, relocation and revitalization of dozens of nation-state relationships.[ii],[iii],[iv] The will and perseverance to manage the dearth of world leadership, lacking across the globe, will be a considerable challenge. The future ahead requires new blood and alliances and a breaking with prior patterns of rewards and restrictions that the U.S. has both under and overused errantly.
This plan echoes a resetting to a Cold War state. Which – given visible designs and The Great Reset Agenda(s) – was a better World, than at present. The Elite-aligned in Western Europe must be broken first.[v] This plan aims to do that, if indirectly so.
The main geopolitical objective sought is to align Russia back to the West while decoupling her from China in a manner that benefits her and the United States. To reduce conflict vectors in Eastern Europe, Central America and the Middle East, regularly ripe for destabilization, through building trade bonds with the United States and Russia alike, while reducing China’s access. Re-buttress U.S. relationships with the Quad countries[vi] while maintaining a pro-growth economy for each of them. Other highly important goals are to extend the longevity of U.S. world reserve currency status, foster relationships with trade and infrastructure policy, and reignite U.S. manufacturing prowess (off energy, ship building[vii], robotics, AI, and national security initiatives). The Marshall Plan post-World War II was highly successful at that 4th Turning.[viii] This 4th Turning needs similar actions to halt U.S. decline and thwart CCP aggression.[ix] (Policy: Bring Russia in. Keep Western Europe out. Bring China down.)
[IMPORTANT NOTE: AI is happening no matter what this plan is. Meaning: either utilize it appropriately or let someone else deploy it against you. Ultimate Goal is to harness and decentralize the positives to the masses and drive down the negatives of this emerging technology. This may not be at all achievable. JOE ALLEN.]
Section 2. Five Failed Nation-States
There are 5 failed nation-states that are of interest to address in ascending order of importance:
Haiti
Venezuela
Israel
Palestine
Ukraine
Haiti has been a long-standing issue with massive corruption and extreme poverty going back to the days of Papa Doc and Baby Doc Duvalier as its top political leaders.[i] The Clintons were renowned for their corruption tied to the 2010 Haitian Earthquake[ii], with many millions raked off the $10 billion plus in humanitarian aid sent into the most unstable nation-state in the Western Hemisphere over the last 75 years. Nothing ostensibly changes – and at present – the U.S. government imports desperate and criminal Haitians into the Midwest and metropolitan areas, numbering over 400,000.[iii] Its neighbor, the Dominican Republic, is stable; has tourism, and built a wall to separate themselves from their island neighbors.[iv]
If Haiti is the most unstable over the last 75 years, then Venezuela is the most disappointing over the last 25 years. A nation blessed with the world’s top proven oil reserves, above Saudi Arabia’s[v], Venezuela’s political environment and renowned electioneering has left it in a socialist death spiral. The stabilization of its political processes and reliance on it as an ally in South America requires direct intervention and investment. These two regions are vital to U.S. national security as China and Russia are presently deeply entrenched in spying, building infrastructure, and developing covert networks to undermine U.S. control of their territorial waters and lands from Cuba to Argentina. Such cannot be tolerated further.
Israel, Palestine and Ukraine are highly complex geopolitical landmines due to intentional and corruption-filled failures had under several U.S. administrations. In the prior Trump administration, these regions were stable enough that people in the world obtained a false sense of security while hyper-focusing on personal frivolities to keep Trump off balance and unfocused. Israel, Bahrain, and UAE agreed to normalized relations during the last year of the Trump administration (2020).[vi] However, neoconservatives in Israel, UK and US toggled the world back into deadly conflicts under Biden.
Israel shoulders some responsibility regarding the October 7th attacks as Signal Intelligence Unit 8200 warned of Hamas training up for a plan (discovered a year prior) and coded as “Jericho Wall.” [vii] Greater negligence arose from a 7-hour stand down, resulting in over 1,200 dead that day. The Iranian-backed Hamas forces succeeded off the stalled and stuttering IDF response.
From that day’s events, Israel justly responded towards Palestinian leadership[viii], and other states harboring the masterminds of the October 7th attack. However, mass killing of Palestinian civilians in Gaza, brutally, randomly, and some argue, in a genocidal manner, is not a lawful act.[ix] Israel’s existence as constituted can no longer be left to Israelis alone since substantial American treasure finances this ongoing conflict within this highly critical region. Current Israeli and Iranian blood lust threatens world energy supplies, and potentially, Humanity’s existence. Israel requires a deep rethink.
Ukraine has been the bloodiest place on the globe for the last 100 plus years. Whether by revolution, famine, world war or proxy conflicts had between ideologies that pull the world towards nuclear Armageddon[x], Ukraine’s soil drips with death and destruction beyond the imagination of the rest of the world with only a few notable exceptions.[xi] The tumult at present lay in who is circling around this conflict[xii] – political and oligarchic families, international banking and multi-national corporations – awaiting like vultures for their $12 trillion dollar prize of natural resources[xiii] and their desire to finance the control of them, generating hundreds of billions in profits off the deaths of a million plus Ukrainians and Russians.[xiv]
This is as evil as anything one could do – a war backstopped by bankers: a Smedley Butler truism.
As such, the two most nuclear-armed countries, Russia and the United States, should de-escalate this conflict, not escalate it to Humanity’s extinction. To do so, one must crowd out those psychopathic parasites above that cannot ever make peace their agenda. Negotiations with Vladimir Putin, a long-time and premminent world leader (thuggish as he is – thought a parasite on his people), going back 25 years, has to be done. That does not mean the United States merely gives Ukraine to him. (It also means this in not a restart of the Minsk Agreements.[xv] Considered as a stall tactic to give time for yet another go at reconquering of the Eastern Oblasts and NATO expansion by the neocons and aligned globalists.)
Rather, the tactic is to create a buffer zone with complete removal of Ukraine’s military; take NATO off the table; and create a successful trade zone so Russians can prosper, their Eastern European neighbors can prosper, and the United States can as well. Importing in new civilian populations, not all from the region that will dilute the conflicting parties. Russians will not longer face off with Ukrainians – their neighbors will be a melting pot coming from American and International shores.
The belligerent-happy Western European politicians will be given limited options – work to set aside their Russiaphobia or be left to their own national security devices. No more special relationships or NATO support unless these nation-states adhere to their foundational tenets: broad freedoms for their citizens (speech); protection of their borders (no more mass migration); and lastly, the abolishment of the European Union (another completely failed agenda of the last 75 years).
Russia is a highly complex subject. Putin utilized a substantial cover story of being a victim of Western aggression (NATO’s march East after 1999 – just like Soviets march West and occupation from (1945-89)), while enhancing his control over satellite states (Belarus) on his Western front. If NATO was stronger[xvi] – militarily – through the WWI & II allies of the U.S. (Brits, French, et.al.) and former belligerents (Germany, Italy), the United States could leave their national defenses to their hands. But as it stands, these yapping WEF puppets of the Great Reset silo think can only suppress disarmed populations and use migration as a weapon to disintegrate their own cultures, values and loyalties to the country.
The EU’s obsessive desire to suppress speech on and offline – fines, deplatforming and prison – while partnering with U.S.-based “disinformation” networks that operate through academia/think tanks and back to U.S. federal agencies is alarming. Western taxpayers are funding their demise – billions upon billions to import in unvetted and uncultured, and potentially dangerous peoples – and two-tiered justice applied in a Cloward-Piven[xvii] and Curley Effect[xviii] destruction of Western ideals.
Lastly, the Chinese Communists have their Belt and Road Initiative; the United States should deploy Marshall Plans to counterbalance Chinese dominating desires. This harmonizes and potentially decouples Russia from China, which is ultimately a wiser course than continuing to push together blocs of resource-rich countries that can more than match the geopolitical fire power of the once formidable NATO bloc, that lacks certain resources or has squandered control of them.[xix] There are great monetary and reserve currency risks at play – maybe too great at this point. But if the United States wants to keep its monetary reserve status and continuing being a beacon for peace and tranquility, it must reverse its course and fix numerous and egregious geopolitical blunders made over the last 75 years.
With Trump’s win, this is an achievable plan.
